Okay, let me try again...

As a teen I made out with the women in the same manner as the character the Fonz on Happy Days.

And I was cool as a teen, in Florida I was only 12, so I was not very old, but I used to kiss the girls on the beach. I was cool like Matt Dillon, and then later I smoked cigarettes and hung out with the stoners and we were like the guys from "The Outsiders." Only instead of being greasers we were rockers, we grew our hair long and we listened to Rock and Roll music. And we had parties out in the desert with bon fires, and with all of the teens who had parents who were working on the Space Shuttles, etc.

As a cool teen like Matt Dillon I made out with the women in the same manner as the Fonz on Happy Days.

But it gets harder when you get older, though if you get lucky then you can find a good woman to help you, like Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, and like Sonny and Cher, and like Lucy and Desi, etc.

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Aboullahian warned the U.S. that it would not be spared if it continues to manage what he called the genocide in Palestine,while speaking to the United Nations on Thursday.

Today in New York and the United Nations, I say frankly to the American statemen who are now managing the genocide in Palestine that we do not welcome the expansion of the war in the region.  But I warn, if the genocide in Gaza continues, they will not be spared from this fire. It is our home and West Asia is our region.

40% of the children in the public schools in Beverly Hills are from Iran.

We need to teach these children the ways of peace. We need for these children to say the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America every morning, and we need to teach these children how wonderful the USA is and how special freedom is, and the Persian women here can wear swimsuits on the beach. I had a Persian boss at the Broadway Department Store in Pasadena and she loved Fashion and she loved to go to Malibu in her swimsuit. Women also have good rights here in the USA, and women are allowed to be bosses here, the Persian women make great bosses.

Mahlagha Jaberi is a new leader on Social Media for the Persians, maybe Biden can meet with her and with the other good Persians here in Beverly Hills. There are good Persians who need to have their voices heard, instead of only hearing bad voices, we also need to hear the good voices.

Los Angeles is one of the most diverse cities in the world, which is a blessing as the Entertainment Capital of the world. And we need to always be inclusive, as is insured by our Equal Opportunity Act of 1964, and our Fair Housing Act of 1968.

Of note, West Hollywood is all inclusive, with a lot of Gays, and when I worked for Suzanne Pleshette then Barry Manilow tried to pick me up, if I was Gay I could have dated Barry Manilow. But, I am not Gay, but I told Barry that it was a compliment and that I was honored that he found me attractive. I would never insult Barry, and it was a compliment.

Los Angeles is very diverse, and we need to be inclusive. We also need to stop the violence and race riots, etc, at the public schools, we need to make the public schools safe like the Christian schools are.

To those whom much is given, then much is expected from.

My richest friend spent her whole life doing charity work to help the homeless people.

When I went to Mexico with Youth For Christ then we had all of the most beautiful women from my high school with us, we had cheerleaders, and we had the rich teens with us, we had the best and the brightest with us on our trip to help the children in Mexico. And that needs to be continued, the Youth of today need to go to Mexico like I did, and the tradition of helping the children in Mexico needs to be expanded. We do not need walls, instead we need teamwork, teamwork makes the dream work.

And we must teach our youth how to open hostels for the homeless, etc, like in Rome, Italy, where the people can take a shower and where they can sleep in a bed for $15 per night.

We need for the best and the brightest to help the poor and the needy.

Many single men in my world seem to be running away from women and marriage at express pace.
"Say goodbye to half your stuff" seems to be scaring them.
Marriage, children, divorce, bitter custody disputes (Family Court nightmares) bitter property settlements (the man losing out a lot of the time)...misery.

If I were young again, no way I'd be signing up for it, unless the happy couple were both starting with nothing, and the young woman were 'special'.
Christian, Right wing politics, pretty, good work ethic, quality morals, modest, demure.

San Bernardino was nice in the 1950s. Now San Bernardino looks like a wasteland. San Bernardino needs to give out lots of redevelopment money, and business loans, etc, and they need to bring in the new immigrants from Ukraine, etc. San Bernardino can also expand trade with Mexico, etc.

Bambu, I rented a room from a rich ex wife in Malibu, the ex wife of Sammy Hagar's family doctor. We lived like Royalty. Princess Diana was going to be living around the corner next door to Olivia Newton John.

I would like to live in Malibu again someday, I enjoyed living in Malibu, I need to find a wife who wants to live in Malibu. With some properties in Italy. And maybe eventually owning Universal Studios, we will see what happens.

By the way, Biden needs to have a special meeting with the President of China, they need to spend the weekend playing Golf in Palm Springs, and they can have other dignitaries show up, we need to make peacetime progress and strengthen the peace.

And we need to expand the Peace Corps in China.

Ah yes, the lives of the past, when life in the West was sane, and affordable.
Today in the West, for average joe, nothing much is affordable, let alone the life you seek.
But, "you never know your luck in a big city".
A rich divorcee is maybe your best bet.

Australian PM has departed the US...and already there's a problem with the AUKUS pact...the US Navy short of Virginia class submarines for itself, America's defence.
Any attempted increase in manufacture could cause problems...as the subs have to be made properly, no rushing.
Yes, rushing is where mistakes get made.

Also mentioned on my news was the fact that once delivered to Australia the subs would  be owned and sailed by Australia.
The "crown jewels" of 'America's nuclear defence' then in the hands of others.

Simple solution :
America rotates some of its nuclear subs thru Australian ports, Indian ocean, Pacific Ocean, South China Sea etc.
That way America still owns the subs, owns the technology, the subs totally sailed by Americans.
...with Australia contributing the cost.
