GAZA = BAKERSFIELD

Was curious how small Gaza is, given the frequent and quite credible use of the word crammed to describe conditions of the people there.

140 square miles.   So it is the size of Bakersfield CA.  Bakersfield has 400,000 people, who can come and go from there, and is surrounded by accessible open land and a nation which it is part of.  Gaza has 2.2 million people, penned in like animals.  And they are currently confined to about half of that land area, due to the wholesale destruction of North Gaza.  So it is currently a state with about ten times the population density of Bakersfield.  In its better days,  it was five times.

So this leads me to wonder, as bombing has now resumed by Israel, of the southern part of Gaza, where are all these civilians supposed to flee to while the war continues.

Just some thoughts.  Not interested today in having a partisan pissing contest.
Well.  If Hamas gave a shit about the people they govern they have got hundreds of miles in over 500 tunnels they have constructed.
Tunnels financed mostly with foreign aid intended for food and fuel for the country but, instead, used for weapons of war to plan the mutilation of babies and other assorted Arab atrocities.

Red makes a good point about how we can solve our social divides by relocating republicans down oil wells and into coal seams. I am sure they will be happier there and be more able to fully reach their human potential.

Bakersfield is great, it would be paradise for the people from the Middle East. Lots of jobs, good food, oil wells, great weather, etc, Bakersfield is great.

My Grandparents owned an Auction in Bakersfield, and Buck Owens was a regular at their Auction, and Roy Clark came there, and Johnny Cash, and all of those guys. Their Auction was successful but my Mother developed Valley Fever which is a disease in the soil in Bakersfield that attacks the lungs, so they had to relocate to the desert for my Mother's health, my Mother has to live in the desert because of her lungs, lots of people live in Lancaster because of the desert climate and their health.

The Palestinians I am sure would be grateful if Gaza was as nice as Bakersfield.

We need to teach peace to the Children. And UNICEF and Kiwanis and others can help the Children, and we can teach the children peace.

And the Arabian Women and others need to create jobs in Gaza and in the Middle East for the Palestinians and for the Arabs and for the Persians, etc. They need occupations in the Middle East.

Many of the Palestinians who are now refugees can be Essential Workers in Abu Dhabi and in Dubai, and they can have good lives. And if worse comes to worse, they are always welcome to come pick strawberries and onions, etc, in Bakersfield.

The Human species needs to elevate to a higher level and we need to stop the wars. We need for them to turn their guns into plows to grow food.

Salute,

Tony V.

Gaza has sandy beaches, on the Mediterranean Sea:
"Let's go surfin' now,
everybody's learnin' how,
come on a safari with meee".

If only they'd agreed to the proposed original partition plan.
They'd have much more land, and be much better off than they are today.
The proposed Arab state had the aquifers, in the high country...water, water and more water.

When I was a child in school, then everything was about exposing us to various careers and occupations, and we knew that after we grew up that we would have to spend the rest of our lives working, so school was about trying to figure out what you wanted to do for a living and then about preparing you for that career path.

If you can find a career you love, then life is golden.

So, the Palestinian children need to be taught that they are going to have to work when they grow up, part of being an adult is working and earning money to support yourself and your family. They need to be exposed to information about various career opportunities, and then they need to have the opportunity to read books from a Library and to study and to train and to learn so that they might be successful at their chosen career path.

And there are jobs that pay a hell of a lot more than being a soldier, the soldiers are living with the people on Welfare. They can train for careers that pay far more money than being a soldier.

If they refuse to prepare for a career, then they can plant trees and they can pick fruit, etc, and they can drive trucks, etc.

They need to be taught the fulfillment of an honest career.

In the USA we have Mexican immigrants who are grateful to join the United Farm Workers and to work hard in the fields, and the Palestinians need to have that same honest work ethic.

Salute,

Tony V.

We already know Hamas doe not give a shit about Palestinians because thy are brutal, murderous terrorists on par with the Huns.

Israel is supposed to be a modern civilized society.

It is an easier look to maintain while imprisoned. Even a soft plush ass like donald has is not enough to buy that much hairspray.

America was built by people who came here from all over the world, they brought their dreams here.

But it is true that we can work to make Mexico nicer, and Colombia nicer, etc, so they will enjoy their home nations.

China and India have overpopulation and we are their over-flow, and it is good because we need the new people in Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, etc. And we need to put a new coat of paint on our Ghettos and we need to build Libraries and coffee shops and more schools, etc.

And of course the Beautiful Russian Women are welcome here, they can be nurses, etc, and the refugees from Ukraine, etc, they are all welcome here.

Salute,

Justice O'Connor who just died was an amazing lady. She attended Stanford and did very well and she thought she was going to have a great career, but after college she could not find a job. So, she worked for free, and she got into Public Service, and then Reagan ended up putting her on the Supreme Court and she was the first Female Supreme Court Justice. May she rest in peace. Certainly she inspired many women, and she also inspired the men as a human being, certainly she inspires me with her story.

If you cannot get paid to do what you want to do, then do it for free, and sometimes good things happen. If you want to serve humanity then go out there and serve humanity even if you are not getting paid. God used her.

When Mother Teresa first started then she was just a homeless beggar like the other beggars, it was only after the Catholic Church and others started giving her funding, etc, that she was able to do more to serve God. But, Mother Teresa jumped in with both feet and she was a homeless beggar at first, but God used her.

Today Doctor Charles Stanley said that if what you are doing is not bringing you closer to God, then do not do it. Millions of people are in debt, and they are just slaves to debt, and they are unhappy, and they are not serving God like they should be, and they need to have discipline in the ways of God, and then God will bless them.

Justice O'Connor had discipline in the ways of God, she studied hard and went to a great college, and when she could not get a job then she started serving God for free. She started doing Public Service for free. God worked in her life, and she was the first Female Supreme Court Justice in the history of the United States.

Justice OConnor cast the most impactful vote of our lifetime.

Her vote in Bush v Gore brought us 9/11, Afghanistan and Iraq Wars, Guantanamo Bay and extreme rendition Black sites where captives were tortured and held without charge.
The Financial collapse of 2008.

Etc,etc, etc.

US warship and multiple commercial ships were attacked yesterday in the Red Sea by Houthi rebels from Yemen.
US warship fired back in self defence.

You'd think that by now all commercial ships would've been turned into "warships with a commercial flavour" or "commercial warships towing trailers".
