We have more cops than ever, and yet crime keeps going up. And their solution, hire more cops! They just do not get it. And as long as they keep paying assholes to patrol with guns for $100,000 per year then they are going to keep doing the gravy jobs, they do not have to go to school, no degree needed. And the fucking prison guards, they are too lazy to go to college, so they make $80,000 per year to stand there with a gun and guard the prisoners. They are not producing jack shit, they are not creating jobs, it is all bullshit. It is like people get paid for their toxic masculinity, they get paid to be a tough guy, but they are not doing shit to create jobs. And the lazy people are going to keep going to the easy gravy jobs, border patrol agents, prison guards, etc. As long as cops get paid more than teachers then the people are going to keep getting the jobs as cops.
If we want change, then we need to change our system, and we need to start rewarding teachers and producers.
And with the President of Ukraine, he was an Actor, actors can win their hearts and minds, along with singers, poets, priests, etc.
We need to build schools instead of prisons, and we need to train teachers instead of soldiers. Part of the reason why the Roman Empire collapsed was because they had too many soldiers, and the taxes were too high in order to pay all of the soldiers, and the solders do not produce anything.
Democracy started in Greece where the people were highly educated, and we still study Aristotle, and Euclid, etc, etc, etc, today, we still study the Greeks. And we built our nation of the foundation provided by Athens. We need to educate our people, and we need schools and libraries. And we have all of the new technology for streaming services such as movies and television shows, and so we need to make good quality entertainment for society.
For instance, in 1938 the top film was "Boy's Town" about Father Flanagan, and the film made Boy's Town famous so that we could all support Boy's Town. Right now we could make a movie about Father Boyle and Homeboy Industries, and then we can make Homeboy Industries famous so that people can support the organization. We can use the Arts to benefit society. And if we want to improve society, instead of just perpetually hiring more cops, then we need to expand programs such as Homeboy Industries. And we need to build more schools and libraries, etc. And we need for the Construction Unions to teach the Trades to the Prisoners, etc, so they can work an honest job when they get out of prison.
Instead of having a perpetual decline in civilization, then we need to strengthen civilization.
