Marco Rubio is going to be Chief of State, that is awesome, I used to love Rubio, I wanted him for President at one time, I hope Rubio does a good job. Rubio is a humble Cuban-American and his Father was a Bar Tender in Las Vegas, Nevada, he worked his way up in Florida by knocking on doors. I hope Rubio does a great job. This is a great opportunity for Marco Rubio.

As a Cuban-American Rubio will be right in the Middle of discussions to advance a free Cuba with whom we can have free trade and good relations.

Claudia Sheinbaum is off to a great start, she just allocated more money for hospitals in Mexico, her and Trump need to become best buddies.

Salute,

Tony V.

I remember you used to write here:

'Marco Rubio understands'.

I worked as a cook at a casino in Battle Mountain, Nevada, and I felt like Marco Rubio understood because his Father was a Bar Tender in Vegas, I felt like Rubio understands what it is like to be a working man in the United States in the Middle Class. I also lived in Florida for one year with the Space Shuttle Program, and I love Florida.

If Marco Rubio does a fantastic job as Secretary of State then he might be set to become the next President of the United States after Trump.

Salute,

Tony V.

California needs to pump some money into our Blvds, and Long Beach was just on the news on television talking about how all of the shops are empty on their main streets and about how California needs to implement programs to save our main streets and to bring the shops back.

Anaheim Blvd can invite the shops from the Universal City Walk and from Downtown Disney, etc, to come open shops on Anaheim Blvd. We also have the Amphitheater at Pearson Park for concerts, etc. And the cars cruise on Sunday nights, etc.

Hollywood Blvd is investing a lot of money to make it nicer.

Lancaster Blvd is nice, they need to keep nurturing it.

Sunset Blvd, and Van Nuys Blvd, etc, all need investments and nurturing.

Our Blvds all need new shops and they need nurturing.

Also, we need for 7 Eleven to open more locations in Acton, Lake Hughes, Tehachapi, Del Sur Gardens, etc, etc, etc, lots of communities need a 7 Eleven.

California needs new shops on the main streets, and also California needs more 7 Elevens for the rural areas, etc.

Salute,

To be able to sell cigarettes in Australia after April 2025, individual cigarettes must have health warnings printed on the butt.

The Great State of Vermont will not apologize for its cheese!

I stopped at a friend's office one Xmas with a block of Vermont cheddar as a gift.  Security guy stopped me at the entrance.  He said, sorry, but you can't bring anything sharp into the  building.

Selena Gomez spent the evening at Chapman film school talking with the students, that was cool. Chapman film school is only 10 miles away from Anaheim City Hall and we need to have a first rate Film and Television Office at Anaheim City Hall to bring the film and television jobs to Anaheim, and the film students can volunteer.

Also with the $750 Million in tax breaks for filmmakers in California, that is great, this might be the year I finally get my first script produced or sold, and hopefully I can get involved with other stuff. And people can film in Malibu, as well as in Lancaster, and here in Anaheim, etc. And every area needs to have a great Film and Television Office to assist the filmmakers and to bring in the jobs.

We also need to invest in our Blvds and in our main streets, and we need more 7 Elevens for our rural areas, etc.

Salute,

I love cheddar cheese...so I should like Vermont.
Vermont was featured in the movie "Baby Boom"...Diane Keaton and Sam Shepard.
Very cold there, snow everywhere..playing havoc with people who hate being cold and hate shovelling snow.

Imagine the poor Russians in Siberia, that would be horrible, poor and cold, anywhere would be better than that, Mexico, and Brazil, would be paradise. The Russians are coming to New York, and so they are used to the cold winters.

The Spaniards did well when they laid claim to California and Florida, and the French with Louisiana, etc.

The people from Poland are coming to Detroit, and they too are used to cold winters.

We need to have cheap hostels with a cheap bed and a shower for $15 per night, etc, all over America. A good place for cheap hostels is over a tavern, etc.

I love cheese, never tried the Vermont cheddar, I will have to try some.

Salute,

Tony V.

The refugees from Ukraine are used to the cold weather in the winter, and they might like New York, and Detroit, etc, but the refugees from Ukraine seem to be staying in Europe, they are going to Poland, Germany, France, England, Italy, Greece, etc.

I thought a lot of people from Ukraine would come to Alaska, but they seem to all be staying in Europe.

I had a friend from Ukraine, Ted, he spent his life helping the homeless here in California, he was a great man, he married Cheech Marin's Aunt Maria so he was family with Cheech. Ted served in the Vietnam War with America, and he worked at the Coca Cola factory in Los Angeles that was built to resemble a ship, before going to work with Lisa and Rose to help the homeless.

Of note, the Kiwanis Village in Victoria, British Columbia, would be a great spot for all refugees, including for the refugees from Ukraine.

In bambuworld real estate prices are still increasing so much that home ownership is becoming almost impossible for many young people.

Rents also, so much so that young people who left their family homes to experience life in the big, bad world for themselves have now gone back to live with their parents.
The world is big and bad, it's crystal clear.
Anyone who survives it deserves a medal.
Anyone who finds happiness in it is truly blessed.

In Anaheim the average home costs $1 Million, and the home where I lived in Malibu is now worth $4 Million. The rent for a cheap 1 bedroom apartment in Anaheim is $2,000 per month.

You need a good job, or you need to own a good business to live in California. We have 175,000 homeless people in California.

Of note, we need cheap hostels with a bed and a shower for $15 per night, and cheap sober living homes for $450 per month. Rome is the same price as Los Angeles and Rome does not have homeless people because Rome has cheap hostels that the poor can afford, and also they help the poor in Italy.

And for me part of chasing happiness is to be grateful, I am grateful for an apartment here in Anaheim, and I am grateful to have food to eat, etc. When I get depressed then I focus on my blessings. Certainly I would be happier with a good wife, and a successful career in Show Business, and to own a home in Malibu, etc, and to have a family with enough money to send my children to college, etc, but meanwhile I am grateful for food and shelter and I am grateful for good health, etc.

Also, I work to help other people, and in doing so it takes my mind off of my own worries, even just sending ideas to City Hall about how best to help the homeless people, etc, is healthy.

Meanwhile, Battle Mountain, Nevada, has land for $1,000 per acre, and you can rent a room over the tavern for $100 per month, if you can get a job as a cook at a casino in Nevada then you can at least afford to live in a cheap travel trailer in an RV Park, and land is cheap and affordable, etc.

Of note, Disney is investing $2 Billion here in Anaheim right now, and Newsom is giving tax breaks of $750 Million to filmmakers to shoot films and television shows here. I hope it gets better, and I want to be a part of Hollywood Show Business if I can. We will see what happens.

I also like Cocoa Beach, Florida, and they have Show Business jobs there with Universal in Orlando, and you can buy a house on the beach in Cocoa Beach for $240,000 right now. Or even a condo at the Windjammer in Cape Canaveral where I lived as a kid for 1 year when we were there with the Space Shuttle Program. Florida is great.

A lot of people here in California have roommates to share costs, and the low paid immigrants all share housing, etc. I have neighbors with 6 people in a one bedroom apartment, etc.

And the people from the Philippines all work together as a team and they help each other here.

The raise for Fast Food Workers will help them as they work to pay rent, etc.

Yes, I wish the best for people who find happiness in this world.

And the love of Jesus helps.

Salute,

Tony V.

Perfect sense:  A convicted felon and sexual predator hires sex-trafficker
to keep supply lines open to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
If that is not justice, what is?

Yeah, too bad about all those Indigenous motherfuckers who were so unappreciative for those gifts of blankets and small pox.
