Also luckily I'm not travelling to the US
A lucky break all around, that.

Yesterday I toured Vermont, the safest state in America.
From what I saw the state is beautiful, autumn colors truly magnificient. The scenery superb.
Must be the cleanest and best maintained state.
All homes, buildings, streets, bridges in towns/cities well maintained.
The lakes picture perfect.
It would be a wonderful place to live.
If I had billions in the bank I would buy holiday properties there.
But alas, I will have to make do with virtual touring...which with the quality of video today is just like being there.

Did you tour Burlington?

Yes, sort of.
The video was an overview of Vermont.
Then you can search more detailed videos of individual places.

The Burlington Waterfront Park was featured, along with the Boathouse, Burlington Bike Path, Shanty on the Shore etc.

The colours of the trees in Saint Albans were mindblowing.

Just clicked on youtube video "Downtiwn Burlington Vermont Virtual Walking Tour:
I'm now walking along the 'Burlington, Church St Marketplace'
Tree-lined....'October 59 degrees F/ 15  C'.

Now standing in front of Burlington City Hall, an impressive building.

Good.
Putting him away for life while the blood sucking freaks who consider him some sort of hero and will pepper him with platitudes forever should not be tolerated.

For an Irish man to move to live in Italy, it is relatively easy as both countries are part of the European Union, meaning no work visa is required; however, registering residency at the local town hall is mandatory, and learning Italian would be crucial for daily life integration.

----

We need to write a new Immigration Law that includes a Good Neighbor Policy for our good Christian neighbors; Canada and Mexico.

And we need for Mexicans, and Canadians, to be able to move to live and work in the USA as easy as it is for a man to move from Ireland to live and work in Italy.

Vermont has had hippy communes, and the state is considered a counterculture epicenter:

Earthworks: A Franklin commune that raised animals, grew crops, and tapped maple trees

Earth People's Park: A 592-acre commune in Norton where the Woodstock Nation found a home
Free Vermont: A network of communes and collectives that included buying clubs, health clinics, and free schools
Total Loss Farm: A commune that some say was fun-loving and had good food

The hippie movement in Vermont in the 1960s and 1970s had a lasting impact on the state, including:

Social change: Vermont's population increased by 15%, the largest influx since the Revolutionary War.

Food co-ops: Free Vermont laid the groundwork for food co-ops.
Alternative institutions: Free Vermont laid the groundwork for alternative institutions.
Maverick mystique: The utopian experiment helped shape Vermont's maverick mystique.

The film Far Out documents the lives of a group of New England writers, activists, and artists who transformed Vermont and western Massachusetts.

-------

Vermont needs to work together with California and Nevada to create communes and gardens and orchards, etc, where the homeless can live and work, complete with libraries, tennis courts, and swimming pools, etc. We have 175,000 homeless people in California, plus we have refugees on our Southern Border looking for work and homes. Agriculture can help to save these people, and good loving communes would be fantastic.

And of course, they can have churches at the communes, etc.

Locked up in a cell for 60 years, never again being free...slow torture...is the best punishment.
The state should not be allowed to kill human beings in death chambers.

Southern border US Sheriff:

"This nation has a thirst for cheap labor".

"This nation has a thirst for illegal drugs".

#####

No surprise then that the nation is awash with illegal immigrants/asylum seekers and homeless, despairing, unemployed citizens.
No surprise then that the nation is awash with illegal drugs.

There are solutions, simple solutions.
Trump says he has the solutions, hopefully he does.
He's made promises, hopefully he'll keep them.

I was just on the United Nations Refugee page on Facebook, and they are talking about poor refugees from Afghanistan seeking help in Iran, and having to pay money to corrupt people in Iran, etc, and always risking deportation, etc.

The USA is a wonderful place where the refugees can bring their lives and their dreams, and also Canada is huge with lots of room for refugees, they can bring the refugee children and their families to Victoria, British Columbia, to the Kiwanis Village, etc.

Also of note, Abu Dhabi and Dubai are safe places to send the refugees where they can do Essential Labor, etc.

And even Mexico would be a better place for the refugees from Afghanistan than Iran. Maybe in the future Iran can improve, maybe a new film about Queen Farah Pahlavi will help, and maybe Mahlagha Jaberi can help Iran, etc.

Kiwanis can help, and the Peace Corps can help, etc, along with the United Nations, etc.

Americans can now visit China for up to 10 days without visas. China said it was expanding its visa-free transit policy, allowing eligible foreign travelers to stay in parts of the country as long as 10 days as officials try to attract more overseas visitors. 3 days ago

------

China is evolving in good ways, Americans can now visit China without a visa.

And Universal Studios now has a theme park in Beijing, etc, progress is happening in China.

Very good.

We need to keep investing in NASA, and at China Lake, and at Edwards, etc, for research and development. And we must keep up the hard work on the issue of Missile Defense, etc.

And here is a story that I have told before but it is a cool story...

I rode the train with a scientist who worked at China Lake, and I worked there way back in the late 80s, and he explained to me the progress that has been made there, and it was really great to talk with him and to hear about the progress. Reagan had a plan for "Star Wars" to shoot down enemy missiles, etc, and they worked on that at China Lake, and at Edwards, and at other places. The scientist explained to me that as a result of the investments that Reagan made we were able to invent Laser Eye Surgery, and also we are working on a cure for cancer.

The scientist explained it this way... Everything has its own vibration, so we have equipment that can see nuclear materials at the border and at the ports and from space, etc, and we can use that equipment as a foundation to build new equipment to dial in on the vibration of the cancer, and then we set the Laser at the same vibration as the cancer, and we use the laser to remove the cancer without harming the surrounding tissue. This all came about because of spending by Reagan to do Research.

This was 10 years ago, and a lot of progress has happened since I talked with the scientist on the train.

It is wise to continue to invest in research at NASA, etc, and at Edwards and at China Lake, etc.

They can share the Cancer Research now with Saint Jude's Children's Hospital, and with others, it is good to get everyone working to find a cure for cancer.
