Responding, while probably not obligatory seems well within bounds. Responding like “pit bull on steroids” seems like an Aussie code for going on an ignorant racist rant. That’s probably where you fucked up.

Confederate Monument Vandals Take Aim At Wrong Lee Statue


DUNN, N.C. — The controversy surrounding Confederate monuments has resulted in the vandalism of statues across the South.
“Never even thought it would affect us in any way at all,” said Mark Johnson, Curator of the General William C. Lee Airborne Museum in Dunn.

Johnson thought for sure a statue of General William C. Lee would be safe from the chaos.
“This is a hometown grown boy here that turned out to be an international hero of World War II so to come and try to destroy his statue is just an insult to everybody,” said Johnson.

Not Chelsea's fault, according to my TV news last night.
It detailed exactly how and when the shooter 'turned', 'snapped' if you like.

It showed him as a cute toddler, in his marathon-running father's arms, his mother and sister also in the family photo.
It showed how he attended the local schools in the country coastal town.
It showed a photo of him aged 21 when his father died of asbestos poisoning.
It said that at that time he inherited some money, and decided to travel overseas.
First stop NZ.
He must've lived in countries for extended periods.
Then thru Asia, Pakistan.
Then to Europe.
First France then other countries, including Sweden.
Everywhere he went in Europe there was an attack by Muslim terrorists.
Think after the one in Sweden...news said, that this is where and when he decided "To do something about it"…"To commit to violence"

I will say the attack on Chelsea seemed misplaced and something of a red herring.  Her disagreement with a Muslim congressperson was with her words regarding Israel and not against her as a Muslim.
