Bambi. Still got those children locked up on Nauru?

Once a penal colony, always a penal colony.

And your government is a mess, sad.

Yes, but they're not locked up.
They pose for photos behind the wire, with open gates a few metres away.
Blame their parents [who are with them]...they put them on the people-smuggling boats, risked their lives at sea...despite Australia's warning the world that a line had been drawn in the sand and anyone who arrived on people-smuggling boats in future would never be allowed to settled in Australia.

Govt a mess?
Democracy in action...good.
Turnbull had to go before things got any worse.

Worry not, when the Left/Far Left take govt in March at the next election it will all go back to the way it was ...people-smuggling boats every '5 mins' etc.

For those of you challenged by the paywall, even on September 6th...

Trump is still trying to keep children past the legal limits, while they also still have hundreds of kids seperated from their parents, post court order.

Criminal, amoral conduct.

No one snatched the memo off Trump’s desk when it came to this policy.

Just continue to say no to illegal aliens. America no longer needs cheap labor from primitive violent cultures. American streets are not paved with gold. This is a slap in the face to poor whites and Afro-Americans who have to step to the back of the bus again.

Da fuck are you talking about?

Trump's methods might be unconventional, but he sure is getting results.
The Left and their cohorts hate this.

Bambu. It's tough work defend sexual abuse of children, murder and mayhem, but you seem so willing to do so:

The conditions at the Nauru detention centre were initially described as harsh with only basic health facilities.[5] In 2002, detainees deplored the water shortages and overcrowded conditions.[5] There were only very limited education services for children.[5] On 19 July 2013 there was a major riot in the detention centre. Several buildings were destroyed by fire, and damage was estimated at $60 million. Hunger strikes and self-harm, including detainees sewing their lips together,[6] and at least two people that set themselves on fire[7] have been reported as occurring at the facility.Attempted suicides were also reported.[8] Medical staff have been provided by International Organization for Migration.

An overwhelming sense of despair has been repeatedly expressed by detainees because of the uncertainty of their situation and their remoteness from loved ones.[9] In 2013, a veteran nurse described the detention centre as 'like a concentration camp'.[8] In 2015, several staff members from the detention centre wrote an open letter claiming that multiple instances of sexual abuse against women and children had occurred.[10]

The letter claimed that the Australian government had been aware of these abuses for over 18 months.[11] This letter added weight to the Moss review which found it possible that "guards had traded marijuana for sexual favours with asylum seeker children".[12][13][14]

There's a simple solution...reunite as many as possible...then deport them all back over the Mexican border, from whence they came...problem solved.
"From whence" is improper usage. Perhaps you need a Harvard education for that.

There is a book;

From Whence They Came: The Genealogical History of an African-American Family

Whence means "from which" or "from where." So that title as written means "from from where." Just because others make mistakes does not mean you should. Even people not educated at Harvard know that.

Like "the hoi polloi".  (hoi polloi already means the people,  so you're saying "the the people. ")

Vanna, sell this fool a clue.

They have no idea where the parents are, Bambu. They don't want to know.

They already deported the parents.

Your heartlessness and your ignorance remain in place, well demonstrated.

I believe they could reunite them all if they tried hard enough.
They should never have deported the parents without the children.

Duh.

This is your hero, the strongman Donald Trump.

He doesn't give a damn about those children.

But before you leap to any conclusions, he doesn't care about the children born and raised here, whose parents are not from south of the border, either, even if he is less likely to get rid of them.

They should've done my policy in the first place..."Tow back the boats, don't let them onto our soil"....no boats, but the principle is the same...turned them all back at the border...they could've used some excuse.
"They were safe in Mexico and were country-shopping".
Your entire basis for posting here is your belief that nobody is safe anywhere and that only in the USA are people marginally safer because of our guns.

UN rules: Para; "Refugees/asylum-seekers are to seek refuge in the first country they come to...not country shop for the best deal".

Sri Lankans for example, are supposed to seek refuge in India.
Iraqis/Lebanese...not supposed to rock up to Australia's shores in people-smuggling boats.

a) refugees =/= asylum seekers

b) first safe country they come to. Mexico is not safe in anybody's opinion.
