If Trump dies it would be Pence.  I don't think Romney would want it.

I'm talking an LBJ style pullout.
Where Trump is so despised that he just can't run again and bows out.  I have it at 28% and rising ...

But I guess there is always the chance that Trump's great managerial skills lead to his own death as the coronavirus spreads in DC and kills him.

I see from the banner on kiid's Fox link that Abby Hornacek has hooked in with Fox.  Not surprised as they prefer their female talent to be or look like beauty pageant winners.

From the AP:

Quote
The episode shows that both world powers — the country where the virus originally spread and the country with the most sickness and deaths from it — are not above floating shaky theories and using propaganda to divert attention from problems in their pandemic response.

China and the U.S. both wasted crucial time responding to the outbreak.

More AP:

Quote
The pandemic, which has killed more than 30,000 Americans and left millions out of work, has eviscerated Trump’s hope to run for reelection on a strong economy.

A series of states he won in 2016 could tilt toward Democrats.

In Florida, a Republican governor closely aligned with Trump has come under scrutiny for being slow to close the state. In Wisconsin, the Democratic victor in last week’s Supreme Court race captured 28 counties, up from the 12 that Hillary Clinton won four years ago. In Michigan, a Democratic governor has seen her approval rating rise against the backdrop of a fight with Trump. And in Arizona, low marks for Trump could be enough to turn the formerly Republican stronghold into a tossup.

It’s always a good sign for an incumbent when a prominent member of his own party goes on TV to call him “Baghdad don”.

It’s part of the price of a fully imposter presidency, at this point fully baked in.

Is Cuomo the kind of sweet kind natured man who would hamstring whatever white pride / drunk on piss they said was koolaid  2020 launches as its campaign kick off by releasing New York’s extensive files on the trump’s nest and it’s verminous activities?

Got to give the people something good to read while they sit around watching Baghdad don and Moscow Mitch fail to restart the economy.

Sad.

I'd make a Tv ad featuring Trump quotes onscreen praising various dictators (China, Duerte in the Philippines, calling El Sisi his favorite dictator, Orban in Hungary, PUTIN!), then putting up some info about the way they've dictatorially mistreated their citizens**, with some appropriate ugly rights abuse video from that country in the background.  Then at the end, ask the qauetion if we can afford to have a dictator or a president who admires brutal dictators.  Just say NO to Dictatorship.  Vote Biden.

Bo

There's still time for you guys to go with another candidate.

Good luck - big decision.

You guys forget Trump got impeached trying to avoid Biden.

Ron Johnson still wants to investigate Hunter Biden.

What’s it like to live on Earth Two with Red and the rest of the GOP?

Since Trump got less than half the votes and squeaked through last time.

Landslide, electorally

And his approval ratings are in the mid-40's.

Even lower, I think but no matter.

And he mal-administered a huge freaking health emergency resulting in a crashed economy

Actually the economy being so strong to begin is a key part of withstanding this, though Trump's incredible managerial skill and business acumen is at the forefront.

Unless Biden becomes addled .....

We really need you - in order to have any further conversation on the election, to see/admit to some possible roadblocks/stumbles for/by your candidate

If we're talking about obvious downsides,  there's the way DT 180'd on his "absolute authority" over the states. from falsely claiming he has total control to now ceding the way forward to governors.   Dems need to point out the cynical and self-serving way DT goes for any scenario that is win-win for him — if things go well, he takes the credit; if they go wrong, he blames the governors.   If cases drop,  he will claim his soft power was the benevolent authority America needed.   If they rise,  he will shit on the governors for not ceding to his soft power magic.   The message of ads should be:  when the fuck has Trump ever been accountable?  When has the buck ever stopped on his desk?
