The New York Times editorializes that L’affaire Biden/Reade needs a thorough investigation.
It suggests that that fall to the DNC.
Are they offering a shredder to the dems as well?

Where you canNOT bring your gun in Michigan

Places Off-Limits in Michigan
Schools or school property but may carry while in a vehicle on school property while dropping off or picking up if a parent or legal guardian

Public or private day care center, public or private child caring agency, or public or private child placing agency

Courtroom, office, or other space used for official court business

Sports arena or stadium

A tavern where the primary source of income is the sale of alcoholic liquor by the glass consumed on the premises

Any property or facility owned or operated by a church, synagogue, mosque, temple, or other place of worship

An entertainment facility that the individual knows or should know has a seating capacity of 2,500 or more

A hospital
A dormitory or classroom of a community college, college, or university
A Casino

Michigan State University, University of Michigan, Wayne State University

Any place where the carrying of firearms is prohibited by Federal Law.

That's a fairly sizable list.
Not in courts.  They should have just included all government buildings.

A mob of the MAGA persuasion
Staged a statehouse invasion.
Though heavily armed,
They left unharmed.
And that's how you know they're Caucasian!

A red-hatted mob in Michigan
Demanded the right to fish again.
Though they wielded rifles
The guv saw they were trifles
And affirmed the majority's wish again.

A mob of gun toters in Lansing
Liked manly strutting and prancing.
From the rocks they crawled unda
To the marbled rotunda
They fear all feminine de-pants-ing.

Bernie and friend explain what should be obvious by now.
Obvious to whom?
Certainly not the democrats, the party of big government.
Sanders’s Medicare for All was built on Canada’s national system and is hardly a model for anything.
Expensive and inefficient.
Sanders’ now has lost two democrat primary campaigns to run for for President and this year the party went into apolplexy when he won a few primaries. It ditched him in a heartbeat.
Good riddance.

Conveniently overlooked is a family of four in Canada has a tax bill of $13000 to pay for health care that does not include prescription drugs, dental, and vision care. It also costs Canadiens about 3$ Billion a year for out-of-country health care to get around huge wait times to see a specialist.
The two main proponents of Medicare for All, Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are on the sidelines watching the presidential race unfold.

A far better use of money than propping up unprofitable polluters, or subsidizing corporate workforce downsizing and stock buybacks.

Of course Bernie set the tenor of the debate for the Dems, and everyone shifted in his direction on health care, promising to get everybody covered.  Hardly a repudiation of Medicare for All, or the concept of getting all Americans insured.
And the virus has only further pushed health care to the TOP of everybody's agenda.

The US runs a middleman health system, where giant insurance companies spend a lot of money analyzing risk, acting as gatekeepers and reaping huge profits.  A huge waste, especially when you understand it's in their interest to deny coverage on the genuinely sick and to ration care, both for their customers and by denying others care.   Every developed country has a national system and spends far less for health care and often with better outcomes.  Cut out the middleman, reduce the paperwork, simplify the system, and save 1/2 a Trillion Dollars.  It is obvious.

But Red will continue to dig up out of context, free of nuance, GOP talking points.

It's hard to believe that people can be against everyone having health insurance and medical access.  But then we see with the Virus that many on the Right don't think we're all in this together.  That their rights and whims trump the collective good.  That they are willing to be selfish without concern how this might harm others.

Canada's dental costs align with ours, for the most part.

Ours would come down under Medicare for All.

And currently, it is cheaper to get major dental work done in Europe than here.

This doesn't support your position even slightly. You trot out your tax cost in Canada like it's news. It isn't - that is built into the overall cost, dolt! In the United States, "Data from the annual Milliman Medical Index shows the most common health care plan for a family of four costs on average $28,166 in 2018." and "Compared to all other OECD nations, Canadians pay a little more than average."
https://data.oecd.org/healthres/health-spending.htm

And everybody is on the sidelines except for Trump's near daily self-flagellation. But I assure you, my inbox is filled with Bernie and Liz and Joe, among many others.

If anything government run health insurance is dead for the foreseeable future thanks to the huge advantage private investment has in finding solutions. Big Pharma has over 100 existing drugs in various states of testing to battle covid -19, not to mention scores of other labs and firms working on a vaccine. We can only hope government stops borrowing Willy Nilly and drying up private lending and investing.

Read the room.

The for profit healthcare system is dead and anyone with a brain realizes that.
