Foolish, the city will have to replace those cars...gotta get the money from somewhere. Maybe from the education/schools budget.

We're in the midst of multi-emergencies: a pandemic threatening all of us, an economy in shambles, and deep anger about racism and police brutality that has boiled over into rage.

America is fucking imploding and the fucking loud-mouth bully is cowering in the White House sucking his thumb.
