As expected, Rep Mike Kelly and team Trump have appealed the ruling from every court, including the unanimous finding of the PA Supreme Court, to the US Supreme Court.

If they even get a hearing there, I will be surprised.

President Donald Trump tweeted early on Tuesday that a Nevada judge has ordered Clark County officials to permit an inspection of the equipment and sealed containers used in the November election.

Trump 2020 Senior Legal Adviser Jenna Ellis has previously said that certifications will not stop the campign's efforts to dispute the election results.

"Certification by state officials is simply a procedural step," Ellis said. "We are going to continue combatting election fraud around the country as we fight to count all the legal votes. Americans must be assured that the final results are fair and legitimate.
