With the pre-electoral college time crunch weighing, the Trump campaign might have cost itself by not bringing election challenge lawsuits forward even before the contest presidential election, according to constitutional law expert Alan Dershowitz

"He's on the 10-yard line with two minutes to go, with a great playbook but lacking some of the players and having the officials against him, and the clock's ticking," Dershowitz said. "Some of the complaints that they have are complaints that were available to them before they knew the result."

He should have brought some of these lawsuits before the election or immediately after the election. Time is very much against him. He really only has before Dec. 14."

The "wholesale" election lawsuits should be brought before the U.S. Supreme Court, "but he has no real chance in 'retail' suits," Dershowitz said - because the latter requires multiple levels of court proceedings, including evidence in trials and cross examination, and appeals, which take too long for a presidential electoral college challenge

yep

Late

Could be better

But not too late

Good to know that Dersh is ok with most Americans buying "retail" and the justice they rely on requires evidence and cross-examination, the right to appeal and possbly multiple levels of court proceedings.

Dersh is fine with Trump buying wholesale, avoiding the long lines the shmucks have to deal with, and he has a personal shopper for him in Serena Joy Coney Barrett.

I wonder if Dersh is good with wholesale elections too, just having a governor buckle to pressure and overturn election results?

President Trump called Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) on Saturday morning to urge him to persuade the state legislature to overturn President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the state and asked the governor to order an audit of absentee ballot signatures, the latest brazen effort by the president to interfere in the 2020 election.

BD Gears up for Injection Device Demand for COVID-19 Vaccine

https://www.mddionline.com/covid-19/bd-gears-injection-device-demand-covid-19-vaccine

Check with the Army....they used to give injections at a rate of 100/minute with am injection gun.
Most likely they are still around.

They stopped that quickly, infections would spread like wildfire. Viet Nam era.

Ordering the audit isnt really out there as a request

But of course all the sigs are no longer aligned with the ballots, this by obvious design.

Fuckers, led by Abrams, won.  Is what it is.  Worst beating to Trump ever, I'd say - and he has had many as you know.  Just no easy bounceback as in his business dealings.  No TOTAL SUMMING that can make it look like a win.  Unless you count waiting 4 years and factoring in that win by he or any of his group - or you decide to give the credit (you wont) for the good that has been done since 1/2017

Yeah - of course - "Dersh" be cool.  As you say.

(CNN)President-elect Joe Biden pledged to end construction of his predecessor's signature border wall, but halting the ongoing, multibillion-dollar project will be an arduous, complex and potentially costly process.

No I didn't say that moron.

I said Dersh seems fine with two paths to justice, a "retail"path, that seems to be the traditional constitutional path that most have to traverse, and a "wholesale" path which does not require evidence or cross-examination, but  just the knowleedge the fix is in by picking your judges.

I wonder if Dersh will angle for a pardon related to his still murky relationship to his procurer and pimp and client, the serial sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein.

Do you continue to prostitute yourself because your mother makes you pay her before you fuck her with that racist mouth of yours?

If so, good for her.

Whatever the case, you clearly love playing your part in the tarted up donkey show you pretend to think is politics.

"I think that some of this will result in discipline," he said.

While judges have leeway to sanction attorneys during court proceedings, Weiner said the job of policing the conduct of lawyers more typically falls to state bar associations. If attorneys are engaging in "truly reckless or malicious conduct, you can be violating bar rules," he said.

On Nov. 20, Rep. Bill Pascrell, a New Jersey Democrat, filed bar complaints in five states against nearly two dozen lawyers that have been working on President Trump's legal effort to challenge the election. In his complaint letter, he alleged the attorneys engaged in "conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation."

Everyone in his cult is going down. This is from his slumlord days, just lawyer up and win. A disgrace that should not work in a national election.
