With apologies to the late and brilliant Freddie Mercury....

Red keeps a Moet Chandon in his sealed biosphere,
"Let them eat cake, " he says,

LOL.
Stopped dead in your tracks.
Macron and the French Government leaders are the modern day elitists telling the peasants to pay more gasoline taxes and eat their cake.
The Carbon tax is now dead.
Macron won’t lose his head but probably his job.

How did the election in Colorado go to shut down the fossil fuel industry there?

Lol.  Is that how that ballot initiative was worded?
it managed to get 3 of every 7 votes. As I said voters are not stupid.

You and one of my cats have both inspired me to tamper with Killer Queen lyrics.   The cat,  mainly due to her love of chasing a laser beam madly around the house.   She will explode from some nook and pounce on the little red dot.   So we call her "Dynamite with a laser beam. "   She also talks like a baroness,  and believes she is one,  I'm sure.

As for Macron losing his head,  I am sure you realize it's not like when you were young and France still used the guillotine and people bathed entirely with powder and perfume.   And as pointed out earlier,  there's nothing elitist about keeping Earth habitable.

The climate change/global warming brigade had better start caring soon, and working out how they're going to be growing that much food with no CO2 in the atmosphere.

Since nobody is proposing that we have "no CO2 in the atmosphere" but you, nobody has to figure out your problem.

This is part of why I keep saying you are a fool.

You say somebody should do their own research, while you neither do your own nor understand what you either read or hear.

You make up crap. And you defend inanity.

Persistently.

Redd still isn't discussing the voter fraud in NC 9.

The corruption and the efforts to insist that just because he paid people to lie to voters is no reason to exclude him, but let's just call him the winner already are... almost too much for even the GOP!

https://www.newyorker.com/humor/borowitz-report/iraq-offers-to-help-establish-democracy-in-north-carolina
I find it highly amusing that the leading state for suppressing votes under the guise of "preventing fraud" without any evidence of fraud js experiencing:

A. Actual evidence of voter fraud,
B. Committed by a Republican,
C. Of the sort voter id laws cannot prevent, that
D. It will not legislate additional barriers to voting to stop in the future.

The silence from our conservatives is deafening.

Since the Carbon Tax proposed in France has absolutely nothing to do with “ keeping Earth habitable” but has been exposed as the ruling elitists’ theft of the peasants’ pain I say

Yes, of course. Hillary’s word is deplorable.
How’d that work out for the “ former next President?”

Still nothing to say about the fraud and corruption by the GOP in North Carolina, I see.

She said half of Trump's support were the deplorables, Redd.

Racists are the folks she was talking about and those who support them.

And people who support the corruption and refuse to call out their fellow party members for their actions and words.

You don't think such folks are deplorable?

Then she was talking about you, too.

As for how it worked out for her, it turns out that sexism, racism, the Russians, and Comey managed to prevent her from winning.

But without Comey, she wins despite your outrage at the words.

And evidently the words struck close to home with you. Two years later, they seem even harder for you to get over than her emails.

I think in your case, the foo shits.

Speaking of the corrupt GOP-Trump administration:

https://www.ucsusa.org/news/press_release/doi-zinke-science-under-siege#.XAdHpGhKh-Q

A report from the Union of Concerned Scientists, looking at Zinke's Dept of the Interior and its anti-science, anti-truth practices.

Deplorable.

REDSTATEWARD still arguing for the disproven electoral effect the “deplorables” statement had on the election, never facing the obvious lesson here; that the last two years have proven that statement to be absolutely 100% correct.

Half? How does one determine who she meant?

Ah, sure. I think you are zeroing in on Hillary’s fatal mistake.

And people who support the corruption and refuse to call out their fellow party members for their actions and words.
Oh? Seems the voters took ObamaCare to task for its failures.

I confess to being deplorable toHillary’s standards and damn proud of it.
