It means people who do not follow the actual teachings of Jesus, but use the Jesus brand to claim legitimacy for their ideology.

I'm sure she talked about the failure to materialize of the much ballyhooed Foxconn manufacturing plant in Wisconsin, where the notion has shifted to a far less ambitious research tech facility.

Oddly enough, the president had nothing to say on the matter.

This is not to say that there has been no increase under Trump in manufacturing jobs, but it has been a shadow of what was promised, with many a setback. Nor is the fault Trump's, beyond his having made promises that he could not keep. No president could have made a huge impact on this problem or brought us back to the heyday of manufacturing, B.A.
