A recent Harvard/Harris Poll of 2,531 registered voters used no names in presenting two agendas by potential candidates for President.
Here’s the text:
Which candidate are you more likely to vote for:
1.
“A presidential candidate who stands for the green new deal on climate change, Medicare for all, free college tuition, opening our borders to many more immigrants and raising taxes to pay for these programs.
Or …
2.
A presidential candidate who stands for lower taxes and reduced government regulations, strengthening our military, strengthening our border to reduce illegal immigrants, standing up more to China and Iran and seeking better trade deals for the US.
The result: 61% say they’d vote for Agenda 1 including 65% of Independents and every other age group except those aged18-34 who split 50-50.

lol.
Sorry, I just had to laugh. I will address this more specifically, though. (and I think you meant to say agenda 2 was the more popular.) So lower taxes polls well. Who would have thunk it, when Republicans have been riding that for decades.
But the question as posed is hilariously divorced from any real candidate proposals. "Medicare for all" actually polls well, depending on the details. No one is proposing "open borders" and when you look at the reality of trump Administration actually trying to reduce legal immigration only his base (about 35%) approve of that. On raising taxes, raising them on the wealthy is actually popular.
On the other side, "reduced government regulations?" That is not very specific. Ask Americans about environmental regulations, for example, and they will tell you we are doing too little. Strengthen our military? Does someone want a weak military? Standing up to China and Iran? Again, is there a candidate that doesn't want to do that? Is there a candidate whose platform is worse trade deals?
Its a dumb question. And I'll note that the midterms were about many of these issues (particularly Healthcare and Immigration) and Republicans were slaughtered. So there is that.
