Kiid could just fuck off already with the racism.

Kiid, please be done with it.

That’s why nobody wants any republican to run. Hate and crime are no replacement for policy and politics. Hate and crime are all republicans have any interest in pursuing.

Pence is no better than trump. Trump is no better than Charlie Manson.

If the evidence against Trump is so damning, then why not make it all public now ?
Didn't read Schiff's letter?
Adam Schiff has a big credibility problem. Remember his boast he had seen “ evidence of Trump collusion with Russia? Turned out if he did he couldn’t remember it ( and Mueller couldn’t find it).

Now Nancy Pelosi has surveyed Schiff’s (sort of) impeachment work and has decided to delay any impeachment vote  until after Thanksgiving to, as she put it, sharpen our case.
So that timetable points to a January, 2020 trial in the Senate.

As Daniel Henniger observed today in the WSJ that January is the height of the campaign season for
The democrat Presidential nominees.

Instead of competing for their party’s nomination, Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Amy Klobuchar, Kamala Harris, Cory Booker and Michael Bennet will spend invaluable campaign time planted on Capitol Hill during the days that the Pelosi-Schiff Trump trial drones on. Sens. Sanders and Harris can’t call Mr. Trump the “most corrupt president” in the history of the country and then skip out on the trial of public enemy No. 1 to campaign in a downstate Iowa diner.

Pelosi always argued impeachment was bad for the country.
She was right. Especially for democrats.

Yeah, what a weak defense.
Ukraine didn't know the military aid was being held up so no q pro q.  Except for the fact that even I knew the aid was being withheld, and it was pretty explicitly going to be released when Zelensky started investigating Trump's rivals.  testimony so far is that military aid, a WH visit, and basically any show of US support for Ukraine was conditioned upon damaging DEMS for Trump's political fortunes.

The House Dems are smart to gather info, record Trump obstructionism, and let public opinion turn against Trump as the facts leak out.  When they have a pretty airtight case and the public understands the putrid Trump corruption, then it will be hard for GOP senators to vote against impeachment.  And it will be used against them.

I'm wondering if any of the diplomats whose notes and records are being secreted by the State Dept will just reach a point where they either resign or just say F- It and provide their material directly to the legit House investigation in defiance of the State Dept.  That's one possible scenario.

Adam Schiff has a big credibility problem.
For the record, not one of the Republicans on the relevant committees has taken issue with Schiff's description of the process.

Democrats will dutifully follow the process laid out in the Constitution to pursue Impeachment charges should the evidence warrant them even if it means they will need to spend less time campaigning.

This is a diss in REDSTATEWARD's world.

Mueller documented multiple instances that present evidence of collusion and cooperation with Russia, and Schiff asked him about them, in a public hearing.

Seems Schiff has a credibility problem with people not paying attention.

A moment of comic relief this morning:

Quote
“You know why we’re going to win New Mexico? Because they want safety on their border. And they didn’t have it. And we’re building a wall on the border of New Mexico, and we’re building a wall in Colorado. We’re building a beautiful wall. A big one that really works, that you can’t get over, that you can’t get under.”

New Mexico will pay for it.

Red doesn’t have a credibility problem. He just doesn’t have any credibility. Never having been credible, he doesn’t find it a problem. That’s what makes Red so problematic.

Pelosi obviously has.

Three points:

1.  It's not obvious to me.  With quotes and other evidence, describe how she has taken issue with that description of the impeachment inquiry process.

2.  If she does take issue, is she correct to?  How is Schiff's description incorrect?  How was Lindsey Graham's description, congruent with Schiff's, that he made 20 years ago incorrect?  How is the Constitution and the law incorrect, in allowing wide latitude for a grand jury style approach to initial fact-gathering?

3.  Why was the process, as outlined by Schiff, acceptable for Clinton and Nixon?  Does Trump get a special pass?

The GOP is flailing around significantly.
Trying to come up with exculpatory explanations for Trump's Ukraine policy/mess.
And trying to muddy the waters and discredit the House investigation however possible.

No she has not. Try reading and responding rationally rather than as if you were in a schoolyard.
