Mr Trump...duly elected President of the United States by the American People...under exactly the same system as they elected Mr Obama.

Nah

Cheated - haven't you heard?

Obama's people did nothing politically crafty at all during his 2 election cycles.  Just smiled and won.

Collusion with a hostile foreign power to deceive American voters is just the type of political craftiness everyone does and is therefore ok, even though I can't show that anyone has ever done anything remotely like it.

No collusion, just folks YELLING collusion

Dems have done far worse, historically - but that matters not at this time.

No, but Reagan and Nixon did.

And yes, both collusion and obstruction of justice.

Still a valid point, 3 years later.

Fox News confirmed that Justice Department officials asked for details on the anonymous author in a letter to the publisher on Monday, which also indicated that the secretive author could be subject to nondisclosure agreements.

Asked for details.  And reminded them of the law.

Publisher declined to give the details (identity), as was its right.  And gave a vague comment concerning nondisclosure.

All good.  Like I said - DRAMA

yes, totally normal DOJ business to try to intimidate authors of tell-all books when they have no indication that they have broken the law.

So you think the author is not from the administration?

Uh. No Collusion.
So the dems moved on to plan O for Obstruction.
That failed.

Mueller found collusion.  Just not to the level of criminal conspiracy.

ROFL!

Now it is Plan I for Impeachment but they can’t agree on what is impeachable.

Its crystal fucking clear what is impeachable, REDSTATEWARD.  If you are confused, pay close attention to the public hearings.  Then you can lie to us again and say you still don't see anything wrong with what Trump did.
Funny. Your snark masks your inability to define impeachable.
How predictable.

An all-American boy, our Mr. Trump!

The federal governmennt is doing nothing for California?

Given that your question has nothing to do with the post to which it is responding, yes.

What part of the definition of collusion do you think was not met?

"secret or illegal" --> it was certainly secret. In addition, his campaign met with Russian agents and failed to report it, then lied about it. Sounds illegal.

"Cooperation or conspiracy" --> They clearly cooperated in secret.

"especially in order to cheat or deceive others" --> Trump was denying he had any business dealings with Russia while negotiating to get the Trump Moscow Tower agreed to.

Yup, secret cooperation to deceive others, like the American people.

Collusion, as illustrated by Ward.

No, what I meant is what I said.  Mueller found collusion, and documented it.  In spades.  The actual criminal charge would have been conspiracy.  And while he found evidence of that, not enough to back criminal charges.

You mean he DIDN'T find any - and then you folks redefined it.

No, Kid.

Not what he said.

And Ward provided the definition. Anybody who can read can see there was collusion.

Quote
“Collusion is not a specific offense or theory of liability found in the United States Code, nor is it a term of art in federal criminal law,” Mueller writes. “For those reasons, the Office’s focus in analyzing questions of joint criminal liability was on conspiracy as defined in federal law.”

So when Mueller concludes that he “did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities,”

“The Russian contacts consisted of business connections, offers of assistance to the Campaign, invitations for candidate Trump and Putin to meet in person, invitations for Campaign officials and representatives of the Russian government to meet, and policy positions seeking improved U.S.-Russian relations,” Mueller writes.

Second, the Trump campaign was receptive — sometimes going beyond what was on offer from the Kremlin. Some of the examples of this are egregious.

Take Manafort’s meetings with Konstantin Kilimnik, a Russian political consultant with a history of connections to the GRU intelligence agency. The FBI believed had links to the Kremlin, a view shared by Manafort’s right-hand man Gates. “Gates suspected that Kilimnik was a ‘spy,’ a view that he shared with Manafort,” Mueller writes.

Cooperation, for sure.

Conspiracy to remain silent about the Trump Towers plan equally for sure.

Mueller laid it out for Barr or Congress to act on, but Barr was not an honest man, as has been shown repeatedly since then (and many times before) and the Senate... well, the less said about Moscow Mitch the better.
