Kiid is a warm bucket of fascist spit.

The only reason to read kiid’s posts is to keep up with the thugs too cowardly to openly wear their jack boots, the back shooters with piss running down their legs.

He has halitosis of the mind and syphilis of the soul.

If that’s too poetical for you, here’s a more clinical breakdown of the prick and sick fucks like him

I hadn't heard of pepper spray balls before.
Seems they're being deployed in HK now.
(along with a blue dye designed to identify suspects).
I'm sure China, US and others are taking note of how these new-fangled approaches are working on the streets of HK.

Quote
A pepper spray ball or pepper-spray projectileare potent but non-lethal weapons that contain powdered chemical that are designed to help subdue an attacker. Used in many law enforcement agencies, they may also be used as a means of bringing down a suspect who is fleeing a crime scene, or to intervene in some sort of situation where violence is involved.

A launching device that bears a strong resemblance to paintball guns deploys pepper balls. Generally, the launchers are accurate for a range of up to sixty linear feet. The pepper-spray ball will break upon contact with any surface and begin to spread chemicals that can cause severe irritation to the eyes and the nose. The main ingredient in the pepper spray balls is known as PAVA. Essentially a concentrated extract of the capsaicin that gives cayenne peppers their heat, PAVA is strong enough to immobilize just about anyone of any physical size. When a pepper-spray pellet breaks, it can saturate a diameter of two hundred feet.

Unlike the small vials of pepper spray that many people carry for personal safety, an individual does not have to come into direct contact with the pepper-spray pellet in order to be exposed to the effects. The rate of saturation is quick and thorough, with the burning sensation beginning immediately. This makes the use of pepper balls ideal when there is an obvious danger of attempting to subdue an individual through physical contact, but the situation is not severe enough to warrant the use of firearms

Hers the situation.

There is a Democratic Party and a Cult of Personality:

Fifty-three percent of Republicans said Trump was a better president than Lincoln, while 47 percent chose the Civil War-era leader.

https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/472460-poll-majority-of-republicans-say-trump-better-president-than-lincoln

Trump's farmer bailout now costing taxpayers 2 times the Auto Bailout in 2008-9.

One was a bipartisan effort that was clearly necessary to prevent larger economic collapse and that was successfully designed to allow the government to recoup a large part of what it handed out.  Still, Republicans tried for eight years to present that bailout as an albatross that was representative of King Obama's profligate spending and his picking and choosing winners.

The other is a pure political giveaway that was (and continues to be) an effort made necessary by stupid and destructive tariffs that serve no clear benefit to the US.

And yet strangely, Republicans fully support it.

Farmer bailout is everything Republicans claimed the Auto bailout was, but actually wasn't.  Yet the later (supposedly) helped inspire an entire political movement amongst Conservatives, while the farmers get bored shrugs at best, while the 'president" continues to do long term damage to the industry.

Republicans are a cult of personality now, but can also be said to be a cult of Party.  There are zero principles here, beyond "Scoreboard!"

The only thing that stops a bad man with a knife.is a good man with a narwhal tusk.

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2019/nov/30/narwhal-tusk-and-fire-extinguisher-used-to-tackle-london-bridge-attacker

Conservatives like kiidcarter8 like to point to knife attacks as evidence of the pointlessness of gun legislation.  Can't say I understand the shifting logics that justify that connection, but can say for sure that an attacker with an AR-15 and 50 round magazines would not have been subdued by three guys armed only with fire extinguishers and a protruding canine tooth.

Which isn't to belittle what they did.  They guy had already killed two people and was wearing what looked like an explosive vest.  True bravery on display.

The Right is much much better at organizing outrage.
The main reason Obama won battleground Ohio in '12 was the auto bailout.  People appreciated that he saved jobs despite serious opposition (with Romney on record praising bankruptcy).
The auto bailout also shored up O support in Michigan and PA and nearby states involved in auto parts and raw materials.

Didn't the federal gov't not only save the auto industry but also make a profit doing so?  The Dems never get the message out.
O and Hillary should have been touting that endlessly.

Ohio is always close, but there were clear signs for years that WI was in the balance, and PA is never sure thing.  Clinton just needed to shore up the Midwest base to win.  More money, rallies, attention there and she would have won.  Lost by very narrow margins in a few states.

Maybe the auto bailout boost O got obscured for Clinton and the Dems the real weakness the Midwest represented.  .

Trump's tariff wars and the resulting farm bailout is a ridiculous boondoggle no one seems to talk much about.  I also wonder how much of that money is going to Monsanto and other agribusiness that doesn't need it.  The GOP is always good at funneling money to their donors/supports (military contractors, farmers, the wealthy, Big Business, etc).

You know what the GOP would do if the vast farm states were voting against them all the time?  They'd demonize farm subsidies as corporate welfare and gov't waste; pulling out examples of fraud and big DEM donor corporate farmers getting huge subsidies and decry the whole thing endlessly.  Just as they successfully went after unions, and now go after immigrants, since they are DEM voters.

Democrats lost

Wolf gets to serve

Get the fuck over it.

Did you read the link?

Quote
Chad Wolf was not confirmed to lead the Department of Homeland Security. He couldn't be — even a Senate as polarized as this one would have rejected him. Instead, they confirmed him for a lesser role, the undersecretary of the agency's Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans, clearing the way for Trump to then declare him the acting secretary of the entire department to fill a leadership vacancy.

This is a ploy that harms the democratic system of congressional oversight and balance of powers.  It moves us closer, every time DT does this, towards autocracy.

2024:  the US is now a totalitarian police state, run by oligarchs.  "Get the fuck over it." says political pundit Kid Cartarrh.

It's being chatted about in South Dakota, believe me.   The cognitive dissonance is getting intense in communities especially hard hit by the double whammy of the Spring flooding and the loss of agri sales to China.  The Argus Leader has been reporting farmer suicides.   Trump is a child who doesn't understand how playing his little games lead to death and destruction.

Not surprisingly yes, much of the bailout is going to big farma:

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-11-21/trump-pledged-to-help-small-farms-but-aid-is-going-to-big-ones

GOP has not trouble with "picking winners and losers" when its politically convenient.

And by the way, I was wrong on the Auto Bailout vs. The Farm Bailout.  Auto Bailout really cost a bit more than $10 Billion (yes, money to GM turned a profit) so bailout to Farmers is actually almost three times more.

And bound to grow.

I guess the advantage to supporting someone who is so odious on a personal level is that you can dismiss any substantive criticism (like say the erosion of Constitutionally mandated checks and balances) as a beef about style.  Even after the substance of that criticism has repeatedly been pointed out.

But the idiot who takes advantage of that tactic must also be blissfully unaware that deploying it says nothing about the man he is defending, and everything about how blind ignorant and just stupid support of the "president" is.

Kiid and Red will deny having ever supported trump. Give it time.
