Dictionary.com has named Existential as its
“ Word of The Year”.
Imagine that.  A word almost no one uses except the media elitists.
I’m betting on Greta Sunberg as Time Magazine’s Person of the Year.

That you live in a world in which the only times you hear the word existential is when the media "elitists" use it speaks volumes about the company you keep. It is common vernacular in my professional world as well as in my social circles, with the Thunberg-esque aspect of it being neither dominant nor starting with her in the climate crisis sense.

What a small world you occupy.

Will she be PotY on Time? Wouldn't be a shock, though I suspect she be one of many if they go that way, as she is not alone in what she does.

Come on Josh.  We are talking about a guy who thinks "Your favorite form of literature is Fiction" is an insult.

You do have a point there.

So profound he had to say it twice.

Romney the Weathervane's coming out about Ukraine was not a big surprise, but as ever his voting remains a big question mark.

Having Graham come out blasting folks on the Russian inteference vs. Ukraine's non-involvement was a surprise. It's still hard to picture him voting to remove Trump from office, but at least he is honest about this much.

https://www.cnn.com/2019/12/03/politics/lindsey-graham-russia-election-meddling-ukraine-conspiracy/index.html

I imagine that Graham may think his knocking down this obviously dumb conspiracy theory will give his embrace of the conspiracy theory re: Biden's son more credibility.

But be on the look out for another one of those "prank calls" to Graham to be made public again.

"What was on the call logs?" Ward disingenuously asked.

Parnas' attorney knew what was on them.

Come on Josh.  We are talking about a guy who thinks "Your favorite form of literature is Fiction" is an insult.
It was a statement of fact.

It was nearly a statement of tautology.

It was totally a statement of absurdity, because it communicated nothing about the conversation at hand or the person about whom it was stated.

And "it was a statement of fact" doesn't address whether it was intended as an insult or not, because "lie, deny, and obfuscate" remains your modus operandi.

From the failing New York Times:

"Mr. Trump also told reporters on Tuesday that he did not know anything about Jeremy Corbyn, the main rival of Prime Minister Boris Johnson in the upcoming election.

“Jeremy Corbyn?” Mr. Trump said. “Know nothing about him.”

But the president had given an opinion on Mr. Corbyn as recently as last month, on a London-based radio show.

“Corbyn would be so bad for your country, he’d be so bad, he’d take you in such a bad way,” Mr. Trump said. “He’d take you into such bad places.”

Lindsey knows that any Repub loyalist worth their salr never would watch CNN to be contaminated by facts, so its as if Graham has found a sanctuary and safety in the CNN closet. And his voters will never know his secret.

Watching the Repubs dance around and conflate Russia vs Ukrainian activites in US politcs is a both a class in bullshit and learning to do the Kazatsky

A rare video of the the Republican Senators meeting in Moscow in July 2018.

Yeah, you go with that, Sea Lion.

The bottom line on Impeachment.
Schiff had the opportunity to make his case for removing Trump.
He failed.
More voters are against removing Trump now  than there were when Schiff’s investigation began.
Carry on dems.
No GOP  member of Congress has joined the Impeachment charade.
The real betting question is how many dems will stay on the Schiff/Pelosi ranch.
