This suggests that the ten separate obstruction of justice detrminations may make it in. You knoow the ones! The ones that Kid and Ward bizarrely kept insisting were clearing the president of wrongdoing because there was no indictment, despite the clear statements from Mueller to the contrary.

Never said it.  Please don't misrepresent.  Makes you look so desperate.

As Barton already illustrated, your denial is just plain stupid.

You want to claim not to have used the words I used? Go right ahead, but nobody is fooled by your BS, Kid. Nobody.

3) both involved multiple instances and levels of obstruction of justice.  (Mueller shouldn't have let Trump brazen things out and not testify. And shouldn't have pretended a president can't be charged with crimes).

Mueller did not have the power to compel Trump to testify, just as he didn't have the power to enforce subpoenas of documents from one part of the Executive Branch to another.

And that, in turn, is why he legally had to accept the position that a sitting president can't be indicted by the DoJ --> Mueller was the DoJ's Special Counsel and was obligated to follow their rules. He may even accept them, personally/professionally, given his background.

LOL

He obviously thinks he's better off spending his time/life with 'Dorothy' than trying for a real woman...in these times...when heterosexual males [especially White Christian ones, have basically been 'cancelled' in society today, unless they're super-rich].

"Impeach Trump"!
"Run him out of office"!

And who'll be standing up to China, NK, Iran, ISIS etc then?   Pelosi, Warren, Sanders, Biden?
Oooooh! Heaven help us!

Speaking of climate change;

https://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/opinion/piers-akerman-lefties-and-greenies-will-take-us-back-into-a-new-dark-age/news-story/f81d7611caacfa9f3b6ac93c50949df7

Piers Akerman: Lefties and Greenies will take us back into a new Dark Age

Tesla’s Elon Musk provided the first big battery and the taxpayers gave him a handsome profit. Supporters of the project love it but anyone following the detail can immediately see that it can never be anything but a stopgap measure, Piers Akerman writes.

Pandering to the green-left and delivering subsidised alternative energy sources and more batteries will not prevent power blackouts this summer.
The federal government shows little spine in going along with gimmickry.

It should be respecting the wishes of those who voted for reliable energy at last May’s election and guaranteeing the supply of instantly dispatchable electricity through new coal-fired or nuclear power generation.

South Australia’s “big battery” is now going to get bigger with a 50 per cent expansion, thanks to support from the Liberal-National government and about $70 million on top of the $90 million of taxpayers’ money the original battery cost.

This will help modulate the intermittent frequency of the wind and solar but only increase the capacity of the Hornsdale Power Reserve to about 150 megawatts.

In real terms, that would power about 65,000 homes or add about 38 minutes duration.
Jamie Oliver reckons it takes 95 minutes to roast a leg of lamb so the family may get fed but they’d still have to eat in the dark.

Tesla co-founder and CEO Elon Musk created a giant lithium-ion battery. Picture: Frederic J. Brown/AFP
South Australia’s former Labor premier Jay Weatherill pushed the state onto expensive renewables despite the reality that solar and wind cannot provide sufficient baseload power to give the state much-needed energy security.

Elon Musk provided the first big battery and the taxpayers gave him a handsome profit.

Supporters of the project love it but anyone following the detail can immediately see that it can never be anything but a stopgap measure.

Essentially, when it starts discharging its stored power (much of which will come from the interstate connector from states that have reliable, cheap, coal-fired power stations), the power will actually be used to fire up gas and diesel-fuelled generators to keep the power flowing.

#####

Federal govt mentioned "economy and feasibility" with regard to 'nuclear' the other day.
Coal or nuclear are the only real choices for bambuland.

It was on my news somewhere the other day.
'Images for Donald Trump 'I was elected to drain the swamp"'

His Twitter 27.sept.19  12.41pm.

In caps it is written;

"I AM DRAINING THE SWAMP"!

___________________________

https://www.csmonitor.com/USA/Politics/2018/0406/Is-Trump-draining-the-swamp-or-is-the-water-rising

Donald Trump first uttered the rallying cry “drain the swamp!” just three weeks before the 2016 election. Promising to “make our government honest once again,” Candidate Trump unveiled a five-point proposal aimed at reining in the influence of lobbyists.

“Drain the swamp!” quickly became one of Mr. Trump's central campaign promises – and one of the most popular chants at his rallies.

Credulous dolt.

He isn't standing up to NK, Iran, etc. He is responsible for the recovery of ISIS according to the Pentagon. And his "standing up" to China has led to the highest rate of farm bankruptcies in decades as well as thousands of truckers out of work.

He says he was elected to drain the swamp, but all he did was redirect where the swamp muck was going, enriching himself and his friends to the tune of many billions and maybe trilliobs of dollars.

He's gutted enviromental protections, costing thousands of lives (at least). He is single-handedly responsible for the sexual abuse of thousands of children - by most definitions, he is a war criminal.

But go ahead and keep thinking he is somehow making the world a better place. Vlad Putin thanks you for your support.

"delivering subsidised alternative energy sources and more batteries will not prevent power blackouts this summer."

No, they won't. You've started late for this summer. But so long as you (singular and plural) can't see past the next season or the next summer or the next year, you will never be ready.

It will help prevent power blackouts down the road, whereas failing to deliver those alternative energy sources will result in far worse things than the blackouts, in addition to those.

You are as deluded about this as you are about Trump. You cannot and will not look at facts, but instead swallow almost every bit of bullshit you hear from Trump and from your clueless radio jerk.

Understand that this is not comparing women in poverty on WIC to women in poverty who are not on WIC, but rather women in poverty on WIC to all women not on WIC.

WIC works. But we need to figure out why our infant mortality rate is so high, both in and out of WIC, in and out of poverty.

https://abcnews.go.com/Health/babies-born-mothers-wic-33-die-1st-year/story?id=67523105&fbclid=IwAR0jaf6j4VK50QR8lae9fcUipPj4e2fvIeCmzdQZ3cAwYSL341QsCIVUfSg

Babies born to mothers using WIC are 33% less likely to die in 1st year of life: Study
The study compares mothers who are on the program to those who aren't.

Quote
The study analyzed the birth certificates of babies born to more than 11 million women between 2011 and 2017. Those certificates included data on a mother's participation in WIC, which includes vouchers for foods rich in protein and iron, including dairy.

"The study shows that WIC works," said Soneji, adding that the U.S. still has one of the highest infant mortality rates in the world despite a robust economy.

WIC, according to the program's website, "provides federal grants to states for supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk."

Dietitians who work with pregnant women said that the study is consistent with what they see in practice.

"I'm not surprised," said Liz Weinandy, lead outpatient dietitian at Ohio State University's Wexner Medical Center.
