Cobargo residents want to kick Morrison’s ass...

The video of him forcing a woman to shake his hand will last forever...

Last forever as a reminder of what not to do when you're the 'king' [Prime Minister in this case].
He was trying to show friendship, show the woman he was there to listen/help.
He was basically 'bullied' into touring the area by you know who, who were blaming him for everything.
He's only been Prime Minister for about 7 months.
Probably good he did go there though, …..after attending the funeral of one of the volunteer firefighters who perished, a bravery medal pinned on the chest of his 19 month old son with a pacifier in his mouth and attired in RFS dress uniform.

At a press conference he fired up [he should do that more often] and told 'em...told 'em how it is and how it's gonna be. lol
Stormed out, didn't take questions!
Love it!
Yes, Christian men are not 'milksops' all the time. :)
Responsible programs to tackle climate change. Review of land clearing laws. Review of building codes that decide where homes can be built. etc etc etc.
Crank up the bulldozers!

None of it is his fault, he has filled every request for military assistance etc the state govt has made.
State govt.
NSW state parliament.
NSW govt.
NSW Rural Fire Service.
NSW local govt councils.
NSW planning laws.
NSW town planners.
NSW towns.

Same deal in VIC [Victoria state]...where the "Dunkirk style" evacuations from the beaches are currently taking place.

A report from Bambam's government on why and how Australia is warming and some areas drying.

Rainfall has INCREASED in North Australia since 1970

Currently a long drought, with with the temperatures of a typical summer in Australia and high winds has seen the current situation turn bleak.

God bless the US, Canada and New Zealand for the help they are giving

You don’t show friendship by grabbing a person who clearly doesn’t want to be grabbed, even the Pope has boundaries.

He’s a climate change denier and the chickens have come home to roost.

You’re an idiot and I hope your fellow citizens survive this and come to their senses.

Drip, drip, drip...

Earlier in the day on Aug. 30, President Donald Trump met with Defense Secretary Mark Esper and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to discuss the president’s hold on $391 million in military assistance for Ukraine. Inside the Trump administration, panic was reaching fever pitch about the president’s funding hold, which had stretched on for two months. Days earlier, POLITICO had broken the story and questions were starting to pile up. U.S. defense contractors were worried about delayed contracts and officials in Kyiv and lawmakers on Capitol Hill wanted to know what on earth was going on. While Trump’s national security team thought withholding the money went against U.S. national security interests, Trump still wouldn’t budge.

Thanks to the testimony of several Trump administration officials, we now know what Trump was waiting on: a commitment from Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden.

Do they make good bookmarks? I haven’t seen one in a while...

The Australian apartheid wasn’t voluntary and hasn’t ended. But Oz has hotter topics to deal with right now.

The old apartheid ended with the referendum in 1967.."Equality".

The new 'apartheid' sure is voluntary.
Andrew Bolt is correct in asking "where will it all end"?

The Kari Youth Choir is happy to sing the National Anthem in 'language' and English.

I guess 2/3 of the dead coral of the GBR is caused by drought and arson and not from the 1degree Celsius rise in the ocean temperature.

But I thought you were saying how much rainfall has increased in the North?

By the way, temperatures in the 40 degree c range are hardly typical.

He thought he was showing friendship and help. "Come on, don't be like that, I'm here to listen, and help you".
Maybe he was wrong.
It's not what I would've done. I wouldn't be kissing people's babies either.
I wouldn't be touching anyone, I don't even like shaking hands with anyone.

Maybe he'll be charged with assault, "touching a woman without her permission".
The trial would be interesting.

Climate change denier?
Nah.
Not even a man-made climate change denier, he's one of Turnbull's [the PM who phoned Trump] 'climate change' buddies,  ...but he knows what he has to do...to keep the lights on, keep the aircon on, keep the trucks rolling over the huge nation, keep the economy sound, and keep the majority of the population happy.

To the UH;
Morrison statement: “Now, Australia is also taking real action on climate change and we are getting results. We are successfully balancing our global responsibilities with sensible and practical policies to secure our environmental and our economic future.”

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has hastily left a meeting with bushfire victims in the town of Cobargo after angry residents began yelling furiously.
Mr Morrison was touring the devastated region after fire tore through the township on Monday night, tragically killing a father and son.
After taking snaps with a few locals, Mr Morrison was ushered into a waiting car after locals began yelling their disapproval of the PM.

#####

Brilliant, abuse the guy with the key to the federal treasure chest. lol

"You won't be getting any votes down here buddy," one resident can be heard yelling.
"Who votes Liberal [Conservative] around here? Nobody."

Another can be heard referring to the recent Sydney Harbour New Year's Eve fireworks display, which the PM watched from his government residence at Kirribilli.

"Go home to Kirribilli. Why won't that burn down?" another local yelled.
"I don't see Kirribilli burning after the fireworks."
