Sounds like bullshit.  An engine on fire, the crew would be able to communicate with the ground and start setting up an emergency landing.  You wouldn't suddenly plunge from 8000 feet into the ground.  An, as noted above, experts have been looking at photos and spotting right away the telltales of missile damage.

Wait til they start firing nukes around in 1-3 years time.
Then the real 'fun' will start.

Here to save Australia...they must only be deployed to places with level ground and on the edges of fires, like roads...'safe' places. They can still make a difference there.
No sending them to dangerous terrain where the risk of harm is greater.

- Says Iraq must pay for the costs of US occupation before (after?) we leave
