It seems like such a lawyerly argument, from redward, that Congress in failing to use the proper terminology to describe Trump's bribery and obstruction, somehow failed to address any real wrongdoing. It's a cute way to duck the obvious facts that are now solidly proven, of a POTUS violating his oath, the nation's interests, and fair and independent elections.
Similarly, the parsing of Congress as somehow not embodying the "will of the people" or able to act on behalf of said will seems like more lawyerly double talk. How on earth do you think those members of Congress get there - dropped from an alien mothership?
