Without the big words, I could have written much of that column.

From the column: But some Sanders supporters might think a second Donald Trump term is an acceptable price to pay for a Sanders nomination that moves his party as dramatically leftward as Goldwater’s nomination moved his party rightward.

It's not a case of "might".  I know several Sanders supporters who think exactly that and we have weekly "discussions" on the matter.

They’re forgetting one salient point... A shit load of black folks only care about getting Trump out.

Period.

And we are the BASE of the party.

Fuck. It.

Round em up. Get em out.

We will only put a few roadblocks in your way

What are you doing about African Americans who still favor Trump?

If they still favor Trump, then "we" can't do much about it.

It's under 10%.

More stuff for Kid to go "heh" to and Ward to "LOL" at:

Vindman was escorted out of the White House, as if he was a risk to people or property.

It turns out that while he has not been physically assaulted (yet), that he was not "fine" for telling the truth. This is the next stop on the Trump Revenge Tour. Personal loyalty trumps loyalty to country and Constitution in the Trump White House and nation. Right, Utah?

Quote
Vindman, in his opening remarks at the start of his public appearance before Congress, offered a stunningly personal message about how his family had come to America for a better life and how escaping an authoritarian regime instilled in him and his brothers a sense of duty to serve in the U.S. military.

“He said that he never expected to testify about the president’s actions but he did so out of a ‘sense of duty’ and said he recognized that his actions ‘would not be tolerated in many places around the world.’

“‘In Russia, my act of expressing my concerns to the chain of command in an official and private channel would have severe personal and professional repercussions and offering public testimony involving the president would surely cost me my life,’ he said.

“Addressing his father, Vindman concluded his statement by saying that ‘you made the right decision 40 years ago to leave the Soviet Union and come here to the United States of America in search of a better life for our family.’

“‘Do not worry, I will be fine for telling the truth,’ Vindman said.”

Rush is honorable the way Barr is an attorney, only in the minds of syphilitics and sociopaths.

He doesn't do enough charity work or promote any good causes.

I agree.  Kirk Douglas and Robert Deniro, who were saints in how they lived - much more deserving than Limbaugh.

Medal of Freedom.

Focus on that last word and try not to use cookie cutter expectation for your nominees.

They have their reasons. Hell, if I had a bunch of money and didn’t know about the Red Summer I might back his policies, too.

However, if I had a bunch of money and know the history of these United States I’d know what’s coming next and I’d be with 90% of black women who oppose Trump.

In July 2019 Nike announced a special Fourth of July edition of their Air Max 1 Quick Strike sneaker that featured the thirteen-star Betsy Ross flag. The company withdrew the sneaker after their spokesman Colin Kaepernick raised concerns that the symbol represented an era of black enslavement.[109] In response Limbaugh's radio program introduced a t-shirt imprinted "Stand up for Betsy Ross" with sale proceeds to benefit the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. As of December 2019 the sales have earned over $5M USD for the foundation.[110]

Rush got that medal because was a hero on the dumbfuck right. He gave voice to all the mediocre white men and  their grievances and resentment.

He sold white America on the notion everything in the nation would be fine if it wasn’t for “THEM!”

He is in many ways what made an America ripe to be taken as suckers by a con man.

Hahahahaha

No, Kid.

What you don't get is that one can be angry at the mistreatment of others.

I know, I know. When you are totally self-absorbed as you are, it is a hard concept to grasp.
