I almost got rich twenty years ago...

Hugh Hefner liked my script for "Echo, A Rock and Roll Tragedy" and he was going to put up the money if someone he knew and trusted would direct it, and so we picked Oliver Stone based on his work on "The Doors" and Hef said that if Oiliver Stone would direct my movie that he would put up the money. So, I sent my script to Oliver, but unfortunately he turned me down. Then when Oliver turned me down Hef backed out. Consequently I lost the money.

If Oliver would have said "Yes," then I would be rich right now.

I still have my script though, it is like money in the bank. And I have my poetry book.

Salute,

I want Ariana Grande to star in my movie as a blonde, and I will get my favorite acting teacher Madonna Young Magee to coach her. We can all work together to pick a director, or maybe I can direct it.

Bernie wrote a book, and that paid off for him, and a lot of leaders have written books.

Marco Rubio wrote a book and that paid off for him.

Way back in history Ben Franklin wrote "Poor Richard's Almanack." He had his publication for over twenty years.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poor_Richard%27s_Almanack

It is the American way for leaders to write to earn some cash.

And we need more bookstores, and we need bookstores at the train stations, etc.

I support Trump on new trade deals, but I am against building walls, and I support making our immigrants legal like Reagan did, and we need new laws to make it easier for immigrants to become legal, especially immigrants from Canada and Mexico, it should be very easy for them to be legal here.

We need to stop turning people into criminals and we need to stop putting children in cages. It is not a crime to come to America for the American Dream, and we are a nation of immigrants.

And we need to stop with the whole prison mentality, they are building prisons and they are calling it job creation, it is all bullshit. The area gets flooded with Meth and then they all end up in the newly built prisons. Before the Meth it was Crack and powder Cocaine before that.

And they are building prisons in the Middle East and they are filling them full of people, women and children even, people who may be connected to terrorists or whatever. We need to tear those prisons down and we need to set the people free. If you fear for your safety, then give everyone their own guns like in the USA, if you have a gun then you can protect yourself. I am against having a prison mentality. I would rather be a cowboy in the west.

I do not know, I might vote for Tom Steyer.

New trade deals are a good idea.

Trump is a terrible negotiator mainly because he’s an idiot. That’s why, as a businessman, even though he started life on third base he got tagged out rounding second and had to start a second career as a repugnant clown and a puppet.

From my research the IRCA was a failure leading to the present situation..

1986 IRCA: amnesty in exchange for tough border & penalties
Rising levels of illegal immigration [led to] the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA). It provided amnesty for 3 million illegal immigrants, in return for increased border security and penalties for companies "knowingly" hiring illegal immigrants. Aside from creating the H-2A visa for seasonal employment, IRCA failed to create new avenues for legal immigration. The combination of amnesty and inadequate avenues for legal immigration exacerbated the problem of illegal immigration.

I like the Trump approach; stiffen up the borders and send them all back. Sorry not enough affordable housing or free lunches for citizens.

The powers that be never implemented enforcement on businesses. Not sure that's a failure of IRCA so much as of governance.

I think the question needs a lot deeper look than Jeb gave it in his book, but he does highlight some of the issues. There is much to be learned from it, but I doubt we will do so.

Sounds like a hostile takeover more so than a merger.

Bernie would rather be right than win.

Oh, the totally right all the time polls. Got it.

Ignore the polls that show Bernie beating Donnie and just embrace the ones that match your preferred outcome.

Such sound thinking.
