May the Texas general election increase from 2016 as much as the mid-cycle election did from 2014.

And may the 19-29 year old vote show the same increase in 2020 as they did in 2018 over 2014.

Not holding my breath.
Why wouldn’t they?

Because this age group never has before, Ward. Because it would be far past their previous high and possibly even passing the next age group up, which has never happened before.

And ditto Texas, except that in the case of Texas, there is active obstruction of even more of them than of the youth (who do face some).

Say what?
What does any of that spurious  speculation have to do with rearranging polling locations?

Red and Kiid are sure showing a lot of panic tonight, even beyond their usual gibbering idiocy.

It might be due to their flag humper’s -13 approval spread. Incompetence breeds distain. Distain is what republicans will be swimming in until the last one finally disavows the old dead party.

https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2017/10/voter-suppression-wisconsin-election-2016/

Cleareyed look at how voter suppression works.

The poll worker gave her a provisional ballot instead. It would be counted only if she went to the Department of Motor Vehicles to get a new ID and then to the city clerk’s office to confirm her vote, all within 72 hours of Election Day. But Anthony couldn’t take time off from her job as an administrative assistant at a housing management company, and she had five kids and two grandkids to look after. For the first time in her life, her vote wasn’t counted.

This is NOT bias

It is an unfortunate instance of misplacing a document.  Followed by a conscious decision to not take care of the issue in due time.

Good Lord.
