The Rolling Stone story is dated February 1, BTW.   So those gun nuts were not violating any SIP order at that time.   Just flashing their metal dicks.  And their second amendment right to public tumescence.

Taking firearms into the state capital is not a fundamental right. Using them to intimidate is not, either.

And violating the rules on gatherings over a certain size during a medical emergency is also not a fundamental right.
