The White House has posted guidelines for reopening America:

Wait, didn't we do that dance already?!

Your posting habits are not nearly that consistent, Kid.

They absolutely are - and it's logical to post in this manner rather than quote an entire post that immediately preceded yours

As you were now, Mod

It's basic courtesy to at least cut/paste a line or two from what you've replied to.   In your case,  that would be the thing about J and J planning a billion doses of vaccine next year in a CNN article.    I would not have bothered to point out forum etiquette to you,  but for the fact that this weekend you called minorities who don't mail in ballots on time "lazy. "   Lazy,  like not taking five seconds to make your post comprehensible to some readers who may not have clicked on,  and read,  the entire CNN article?

The Disaster Legal Services program is part of a larger suite of FEMA benefits known as individual assistance, which the governors of at least 30 states have requested in connection with the pandemic.

But the White House has not approved those requests.

The missing funding becomes more pressing every day because, unlike most weather disasters, the pandemic is causing long-term economic destruction.

Barton, keeping his posts incomprehensible is pretty much the point.

If Kiid can be really obscure and indirect about the subject of a post, he can enjoy the feeling he has before one of the rational posters debunks his latest turd for a full twenty minutes longer than if he had been clear from the start. He’s in a sad state in these dark times, but he’s trying to adapt and make the most of it.

Speaking of dying fossils, this is an excellent profile of the current decaying state of our Infector in Chief,

I just assume all posts get read - my bad

I guess Oilcan is just skipping to my entries, thus had no context

I can certainly do as Barton asks in the future.

VA is corona19 broken. You can only do tele-interviews, no live doctors and both times appointments were not kept. This is in two different hospitals in NY and Fla. Anything but c19 and forget about it.

Slowly we are learning to live with Covid-19 because the alternative is worse.

An increasing number of Pennsylvania district attorneys are stating that their offices will not prosecute businesses for violating Gov. Tom Wolf’s (D) orders restricting them from reopening.
“People are being smart, wearing masks, and maintaining social distance. Using criminal sanctions would not be helpful,” Dauphin County district attorney Fran Chardo said in a Saturday press release, which indicated that prosecution would only occur in an “extraordinary circumstances.”
Wolf recently extended the lockdown order for counties remaining in the red phase to June 4. Only “life sustaining” businesses are permitted to operate, with a small exception for those who applied for waivers — a controversial process that has been under intense scrutiny, spurring a class action lawsuit on behalf of businesses that were rejected for reasons that remain largely unknown.

Dauphin County Board of Commissioners Chairman Jeff Haste outlined the county’s plan to defy Wolf’s order on Friday, demanding the governor to “return our state to the people (as prescribed by our Constitution).

So, despite Governor Wolf’s efforts to contain the virus and save the lives of his citizens, the way civilized people do and most republicans don’t, send your spare shovels to Pennsylvania. They’ll be needing them soon.

I think you are catching on that some citizens - and even some leaders disagree with the level of "lockdown" governors are getting entire states to.

Easy answer?  Still no.

A "right" and a "wrong"?  Nope.

Given that you fail to read some, that's pretty funny. And that's not even counting the people you are intentionally ignoring at any given minute.

A "right" and a "wrong"?  Nope.

Only to those who value money over lives or who have not thought it through all the way.

There are citizens who disagree with everything, Kid, and that some people disagree on things does not change whether they are right or wrong.

Slavery comes to mind. The right to refuse somebody service because of their skin color. The right to punch people in the face because you feel like it.

Rape.

Pedophilia.

Children working in the mines.

Yeah, I can find you plenty of folks who think those are okay.

Whoop-ti-do!

That there is disagreement does not change the bottom line. And your inability to grasp it doesn't, either.

https://www.cnn.com/2020/05/11/health/hydroxychloroquine-doesnt-work-coronavirus/index.html

Quote
In the most recent study, researchers at the University at Albany looked at 1,438 patients with coronavirus who were admitted to 25 New York City area hospitals. After statistical adjustments, the death rate for patients taking hydroxychloroquine was similar to those who did not take the drug. The death rate for those taking hydroxychloroquine plus the antibiotic azithromycin, was also similar.

However, the patients who took the drug combination were more than twice as likely to suffer cardiac arrest during the course of the study. Heart issues are a known side effect of hydroxychloroquine.
