Rolfe, he could well be not guilty, according to the law that was posted in this forum the other day.
Guilty, the cops must be sentenced under the laws of the land.
At about age 35 I was advised by a co worker 10 years my senior...I respected his wisdom...to:
. Stay right away from the police
. Don't interact with them in any way unless you have to.
. Make sure you obey all laws
. If you have to interact with the police, do so politely and respectfully.
Mr Brooks was going fine...doing the last one well...until he decided to escalate the interaction to violence.
