I wouldn't doubt they do at many levels

But it just takes a few examples where they don't......

Actually there have been a lot of studies done.  People actually research things and come up with conclusions.  THey don't just get the information from "West Wing" and "Fox 'News'".

Bullshit.  Homeland Security issued a list of incidents justifying their probably illegal incursion into Portland to unlawfully detain and attack protesters and they were all graffiti incidents.

Trump Admin will take any pretense to go into our cities and wreak havoc to rev up the base and distract from their COVID response.
