Vermont is imposing a mask mandate as of August 1st.

It's only a mandate if you have to wear it 100% of the time.

Do you ever tire of being wrong?

Not really mandating is the reason about 80% dont wear masks - including about 40% that are not social distancing.

It's not the most effective policy.

Unless the "it's overblown" faction is correct.  Then it doesnt matter as much.

Kid you equated a mandate with having to wear a mask 100% of the time.

you want to change the subject about mask efectiveness thats a wholly different argument.

IMO one of the many areas that a Biden admin is going to have to address is US foreign policy from repairing relationships with long-term allies as well as reiterating our opposition to certain authoritarian regimes, inlcuding possible sanctions. Its both delicate and complicated but IMO she has the foreign policy and intelligence chops to help Biden out of the messes that Trump has created.

If you need to be without a mask do it in the context of social distancing out doors, preferably giving 6 meters to the nearest person, rather than 6 feet.

When unmasked in public have your mask attached to your head so if the space is not maintained you can mask up quickly with a gesture.

Avoid any space with recirculated air.

Sanitize you’re hands after events that involve touching any public surface. Filling your cart at a grocery store can count as one event.

Wash your hands where soap and running water are available after every trip and before preparing meals.

Not rocket science, simply the best play unless and until better information emerges.
