Will the Supreme Court grant trump work release to attend the republican national convention?

Trump thinks Cuomo might be swayed to influence Vance. It’s damn good leverage to get the Feds off their asses.

The unemployed might get pretty close to their $600 a week and other needed things besides.

7 GOP Gov states joining together and touting quick antigen tests as a game changer.  China was using antigen tests since at least late March (maybe earlier).  At that time results were available within 4 to 5 hours.  Now antigen tests are much faster.

China almost totally relied on antigen tests, believing that getting quick results and being able to isolate positives and contact trace right away was a good trade off for the lower reliability of the tests.  And you could always test twice anyone with standard CV-19 symptoms who tested negative.  Or use a more accurate test.

The US has failed to realize, or at least act on the knowledge, that speed is of the essence.  You want to do lockdowns before an outbreak takes hold.  You want to not only test a lot but get quick results (waiting a week = viral spread).  You want to start wearing masks back in March not waiting until July. Early action is the way to reduce transmission and contain the virus.

Then there's also the lack of national coordination.  People and therefore the virus don't stop at state borders.  The lack of a consistent message.  Playing politics with the whole response.  Among other mistakes.

Yes,  that's surreal (45 on faux and fiends).   The paranoia (responsible public policy to prevent more lethal outbreaks is actually a conspiracy to deny me a win in November), the near-total detachment from reality (it just goes away),  the crackpottery, the early-stage Alzheimer's level of inability to grasp and retain facts or follow simple math.

If American can't cast enough votes to get Joe 50.2% of the electoral college, then Regina,  Saskatchewan looking good as a retirement spot.  About eight hours from us,  maybe nine if I'm driving a Ryder truck.   Clean,  safe,  40 below zero keeps out the riffraff.

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2020/08/04/an_effective_covid_treatment_the_media_continues_to_besmirch_143875.html

I was very surprised and distrustful of the way that hydroxychloraquine side effects were portrayed.  When I was given it's relative chloraquine for a year long stay in AFrica, the doctors presented it as a proven medicine with few to no side effects.    I figured, okay maybe for patients compromised by CV-19 heart arrhythmia or inflammation or whatever might be a bigger problem.  But the way HCL was portrayed as unsafe seemed very unreasonable to me.

Without any training, my intuition was that if a non-specific drug was going to be any help against CV-19, it would almost certainly be in the early stages and not after the virus and symptoms had progressed.  I know I posted such thoughts here.  That seems to me to be basic logic.  I find that very peculiar and misguided that Fauci only wanted to use HCL on hospitalized patients in bad shape.  Indeed harmful.

Keeps me out, that’s for sure. Climate change will hardly take the edge off in the foreseeable future.

Well played.

His delusions and insecurities are some of the best weapons in the war on trump.

Sorry but it’s ok now for a presidential campaign to run other candidates in the same race in hopes of siphoning off votes from the real opposition?

Kanye’s own wife says he needs mental help. But let’s run him as a candidate in Wisconsin because those Black people will vote for him?

Incredibly insulting and dirty, from people who show us again and again that they despise Democracy.

So run a smart, genuine businessman to "siphon" from Trump

Open the Schools!

The findings also suggest there are marked income-based disparities in COVID-19 infections among American children.
Using national data to estimate median family income of the locations where each child in the study lived, the researchers concluded that less than 10% of children whose families were in the top income level tested positive. Nearly 40% of those in the bottom quartile tested positive.

Anthony May, a retired ATF explosives investigator for the US government, said the color of the cloud after the blast suggests there may have been other compounds involved. And Robert Baer, a former CIA operative with extensive experience in the Middle East, said "that orange ball (of fire)" indicated possible military grade explosives.

Now kiidcarter8 has to support the bomb theory because Trump said it was a bomb before he had any idea what he was talking about.

To paraphrase a recent kid post: "media almost rooting for the virus to win"

Trump administration almost rooting for the explosion to be a bomb

The truth is the truth.
I believe an explosives expert to the US govt is worth listening to.
