Just the weest bit of overreach.

Doesn't matter whether I approve of this order or disapprove of that order.

He doesn't have the power to make this happen - or at least, under any prior SCOTUS he didn't. I don't think he will this time, either.
Oh?

Do you disagree?

So then Nancy and Chuck should sue.
I’m sure Americans will be proud of them denying everyday folks help in a pandemic.

Do you disagree with me, Ward?

It's a pretty simple question.

And McConnell ought to sue, too.
Why would McConnell sue?
It’s Nancy and Chuck that Trump just raised the stakes on.

Because the president is breaking the law.

Do you disagree?!
What law is he breaking?

How else can Trump make the post office struggle?

Oh, wait...
LOL!

Government watchdogs, Democratic lawmakers, and pro-democracy advocates declared it a “Friday Night Massacre” for the US Postal Service after news broke in a classic end-of-the-week dump that Louis DeJoy — a major GOP donor to President Donald Trump and the recently appointed Postmaster General — had issued a sweeping overhaul of the agency, including the ouster of top executives from key posts and the reshuffling of more than two dozen other officials and operational managers.

Start with New York and great Clusterfuck  performed by the USPS. The June 23rd Primary in the 12th district still has not been decided. I mean Josh, do you even read the news in the world you live in.?

You really struggle with this whole "answering a question" thing, don't you.

Are you afraid to take a position?!

OK you don’t know the law he is supposed to be breaking.
Thanks for admitting it.

In simplest terms, the President can't appropriate funds not otherwise authorized by Congress. That said, the Antideficiency Act has been observed mostly in the breach.  McConnell won't join in any action against Trump but will do well to remember that sometime, maybe soon, there won't be a Republican president and a Republican Senate.

No, I think Hamas really means it, but could change its position down the road.
As the PLO did.

The stated goal of Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad is to conquer Israel and replace it with an Islamist state.

This is who you support.

I don't support Hamas.
You're being incredibly dishonest by saying I do.

I don't support the Palestinian Authority or the PLO.
I do support the Palestinian people.

Do you support BDS? I thought you said so.

If so, you support Hamas.

Aside from the lawlessness of it, trump’s sharpie plan will bankrupt several federal agencies in a matter of weeks setting off the Q3 collapse that will make Qs 1 & 2 look mild by comparison.

Among the list of things I hate...is:

Minimum sentences...so cruel.

Minimum 35 years in federal prison for tossing a Molotov cocktail into an abandoned, already damaged police car?
Ridiculously harsh.

America's sentences for some crimes, breaches of the law, are way too harsh.
Horribly harsh.

Attempted murder of a cop?

Yeah, that law we passed was whack.

The car the two young lawyers torched was empty, abandoned, already damaged.

Sometime later, around 1 a.m., Rahman apparently threw a Bud Light bottle, filled with gasoline and lit with a toilet-paper fuse, through the broken window of a parked, abandoned cop car that had already been vandalized.

#####

They should be punished under the law for what they allegedly did.
Minimum 35 years in a federal prison is totally too harsh, IMO.

Each case should be judged on its merit.
What they allegedly did is totally different from throwing a Molotov cocktail into a car with cops in it. Penalty the same, it seems.
