Better off with a pilot for a series these days, Tony.

I wrote a pilot a long time ago, and it got lost as I moved around, but I could write another one. My pilot was for a Western television series about a lawyer in the wild west, his family lost their land to the railroad and to corrupt politicians, and so his brothers became out-laws, but they sent the one brother to Law school to become a Lawyer in order to fight for justice. His name was Jimmy Corvalis and he was as fast with a gun as he was great with wisdom of the law as he battled for justice in the wild west. The name of the television show that I wrote was "Progress." About making progress towards being civilized and having justice in the wild west and growing healthy in good ways as a nation. I could write the pilot again, it is still in my head. And we have movie ranches here where people make Westerns. We will see what happens.

If I was going to produce films at Cinecitta in Italy right now, I would do "The Count Of Monte Cristo" as a mini-series for Netflix and at the end of the book it leaves it open for more stories so it is possible to keep it going.

And then there is Shakespeare, I could produce "King Lear" with Robert De Niro as King Lear. That could be done at any studio. I wanted to do it with Brando before he died, and I was crushed when Brando died.

It would be cool to produce some love stories too.

But, I need to make one film here in California in order to get started, or sell it and let someone else make it, the thing is that I need to turn my script into money to get started on.

We will see what happens.

There is a good long AP article detailing how unprepared and underfunded most health departments are for any vaccine.

Some vaccines might need to be refrigerated.
Most early vaccines are expected to require an initial shot and a follow-up booster about a month later.  Which necessitates recording info, contacting folks with reminders, doubling the number of injections required, and making sure folks get the same vaccine both times. 

Anyone think the Trump Admin is up for coordinating 400+ Million vaccinations?

In perhaps the most high-profile piece of speculation, President Trump on Monday night in an interview with "The Ingraham Angle" claimed that he'd spoken to someone who was on a "plane from a certain city this weekend and in the plane, it was almost completely loaded with thugs wearing these dark uniforms, black uniforms with gear" who planned "to do big damage," seemingly implying that organized rioters are flying from city to city.




Sorry - I refuse to believe folks are traveling on their own dime.
