Why researchers are worried about the role of stress in effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine(s) when any is distributed.

Biden lead 8+

Then 7+

Then 6+

Now 5+

Pretty obvious.

Flight to the Suburbs?

Homebuilders started construction on new homes at a seasonally adjusted annualized rate of 1.021 million, 12.1 percent higher than a year ago and up 4.1 percent from the prior month.

A recent National Association of Home Builders’ survey revealed homebuilder confidence has risen to its highest level ever in the wake of lockdowns, working from home, urban riots and looting, school closings, a national movement to defund police, the ongoing closures of many urban amenities such as theaters and museums, and a rise in violent crime in many cities. Living in an apartment in a city center strikes many families as less attractive than it has in recent years.

New home demand is improving in lower density markets, including small metro areas, rural markets and large metro exurbs, as people seek out larger homes and anticipate more flexibility for telework in the years ahead,” said Robert Dietz, NAHB’s chief economist, said this summer. “
“Flight to the suburbs is real.”

https://www.cnn.com/2020/09/17/politics/chad-wolf-house-subpoena/index.html

No respect for balance of powers in the Constitution - the illegal acting Sec'y blows off a subpoena from the House.

Imagine how the GOP would have howled had Obama administration folks done that.

But it's now business as usual. Fail to follow the rules of appointment, leave departments without proper staffing. And refuse subpoenas.

Trump sucks as a manager of government, on top of his lying, Russia-loving ways.

Ken Cuccinelli, the senior official performing the duties of the deputy Homeland Security secretary, said Wednesday that Wolf wouldn't appear because his nomination is pending and criticized the committee for not accepting him in Wolf's stead. On Thursday, Cuccinelli posted his proposed testimony on Twitter.

Chad Wolf, nomination "pending" or not, was doing the job.  He was subpoenaed.
 He should testify.

Cuccinelli posted his proposed testimony on Twitter.

Led by the nose.

Fox News and Rasmussen see the world differently than most less-partisan sources.

https://nypost.com/2020/09/16/elderly-homeowner-nearly-loses-home-over-6-cents-in-taxes/

I posted about a similar issue a few weeks ago.  Municipalities wanting higher income residents like to nickel and dime longtime residents and or minority residents into losing their homes over some trivial tax or utility bill.  Sometimes homeowners aren't notified (or in this case don't realize they've been notified) until the house is either sold or up for sale.

New Highs for Trump's Handling of Economy, National Security

https://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/trump_administration/rating_president_trump_on_the_issues_sep16

Not to spend the day knocking Rasmussen, but this is really too funny.  A summary piece entitled "Rating President Trump on the Issues" talks about exactly two issues; the economy and national security.

No other issues worth talking about, Rasmussen?  Nothing about, say, his approval or trustworthiness numbers on COVID? Healthcare?  or Trump's handling of a particularly high profile criminal justice issue regarding race?  Did Rasmussen's survey even ask about anything else?

You have to become a Platinum Member to find out.  I'll pass.

Biden wore a face mask today; Trump didn't.

That's enough reason to know who to vote for.

Even worse Trump disparaged face masks (again)

May as well.  Nothing strong to report on your candidate

LOL.  And you have lots to report.  Which is why you spent the day exclusively posting links to a polling firm you know is biased, but makes you feel good.

When Kiid can’t find new nazi porn on the internet, he turns to Rasmussen for his spank material. His membership on this forum puts us all in the splash zone.

After Biden plays ‘Despacito’ at an event, Trump shares a doctored video replacing it with an anti-police song.

There! Trump did something that took "stones" to do.

Aren''t you proud, Kid?
