https://www.270towin.com/news/2020/09/24/minnesota-2nd-congressional-district-election-delayed-candidate-dies_1102.html

The candidate for the Legal Marijuana Now party died, triggering an automatic delay in their election, which has the potential to impact the presidential election, should it tie at 269 or be otherwise prevented from being settled by the Electoral College.

Watching roundtable from Florida this morning -

It's obvious Trump is just working harder at this campaign than Biden

I mean - like with Hillary - whgo couldd not be bothered with certain states - Mon Dieu' - Biden just isnt puting in the time.

Trump crushes him with energy - while also working at his current job - Joe of course currently not employed.

Moving in the right direction, but with some very challenging hurdles ahead.

I wish them all good fortune in hammering out delivery methods both speedy and effective, when (and if) we have a vaccine for this monster. And I hope we get both more than one and a good mechanism for determining which will be effective for whom, since no one of them is likely to work for everybody.

Who CARES more?

For fuck's sake - if Biden cared as much as he wants you to believe, he'd be out there - or online - just about 24/7.

He's got more of a "I'm the guy?  OK, I'll do it - someone has to" attitude.  "Someone has to beat trump.  That's why I am running."

Just not fucking good enough.  He's not driven.  Really wish he was.

Sorry - better luck next time.

The report released Friday details conversations between State Department officials on the revocation of the award after the Secretary's Office of Global Women's Issues "discovered dozens of Twitter and Facebook posts by Ms. Aro that it considered controversial, some of which were critical of the current President." According to the exchanges documented in the report, certain officials feared that the posts could cause an embarrassment to the department. US Ambassador to Finland Robert Pence "stated that, although he appreciated Ms. Aro's work, the risk of embarrassment to the First Lady and the Department was too great to have her appear on stage at the awards ceremony

People that vote because of a virus are idiots anyway - prefer to not have them on my side.

They are also few and far between.

People should absolutely vote based on the job the president has done in mishandling a public health emergency and allowing hundreds of thousands to die unnecessarily, and millions to get sick.
Health, safety and welfare are the fundamental purposes of gov't, and anyone who fails miserably at those deserves to be thrown out of office.

People who don't understand that are the idiots.

According to the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office, the man Henry spoke of, 23-year-old Ty Sheem Ha Sheem Walters III, was arrested on Aug. 24 for shooting three people and killing two — 21-year-old Laura Anderson and her step-father, Nick Wall — during an altercation following a car accident that day in Georgetown, South Carolina.

I suppose other possible solutions - lile.Walters not being armed - never occurred to you.

I like how Biden is allowing Trump to run amok and say stupid things and get distracted and turn off ever more voters.

There was the Woodward week, with Trump compounding the error by making it clear how much he lies by suddenly pretending he didn't downplay the virus despite recordings of him saying exactly that.

Trump denigrating the military, followed by Biden's people cleverly having lots of military leaders come out for Biden.  Lotta low key smart moves by the Biden camp.

And now Trump not willing to agree to a peaceful transition.  Great way to lose votes and voter confidence.

Trump keeps stepping in it, and Biden just letting Trump continue to make a mess of everything.

Hilarious to praise Trump's energy when it's a headless chicken routine he's got going.  Energetic stupidity is still __________.

Mike, the chicken was still able to balance on a perch and walk clumsily. He attempted to preen, peck for food, and crow, though with limited success; his "crowing" consisted of a gurgling sound made in his throat.

Write Biden a letter outlining your wishes and hopes for him as Your Next President, then go vote Joe so we can all continue this beautiful American experiment that the republican party only works to tear down.
