Trump insists he pays "a lot" in federal income taxes and in state income taxes and he'll release his taxes "when the audit is over."

His organization said most of the numbers are inaccurate, but requested a copy of the documents.

"When they are done being audited," is what the Times should have replied. They just said no.

Gee, the footage shows contradictions with the official testimony and claims of the officers involved as well as violations of department policy. Like the claim that none of the 7 raiders wore a body cam, but we can see one in the footage who was wearing one.

I hope they will prove to be high, but the conduct of (oh so terribly bright, says Ward) Americans in the face of the pandemic does not make me as optimistic as I would like to be.
