I'm rather taken with the notion of a Twitter account called Richard Spencer Gargles Rabbit Piss.   

 The impulsive outbursts from 45, the mixed signals on A25, the McCarthyesque rant on Kamala,  the endless viciousness,  the utter lack of self-awareness, is really sad and painful to behold.   At this point,  I think basic human decency and compassion calls for getting him out of the Oval and into the padded.

Conley was referring to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, which protects patients from having their medical records disclosed without their consent. Exceptions include when the information is needed for treatment, payment or operations of the medical provider's office.

Since trump’s diagnosis ended his imposter presidency, the lame attempts to hide the severity of his problems through NDAs provides an air of mystery that makes watching his rapid deterioration as he’s beset by more and more severe  symptoms and complications much more interesting.
