The twin themes “only whites can be racist” and “all whites are racist” appeared at the University of Delaware in 2007. The “sustainability” dorm-based indoctrination program at UD offered this aperҫu:

A RACIST: A racist is one who is both privileged and socialized on the basis of race by a white supremacist (racist) system. ‘The term applies to all white people (i.e., people of European descent) living in the United States, regardless of class, gender, religion, culture or sexuality. Now he knows better and has apologized.

They say "All Lives Matter" is racist, many people say it is not.
Black Lives Matter should be changed to All Lives Matter. Until it is it will be seen by many as 'separate' and 'non-inclusive'.
It could well look to some people that it's "Only Black Lives Matter".
Nobody has said it's "Black lives matter too"...that I've seen anywhere written or spoken.

Kam, the functional definition of racism includes the concept of power. So, Blacks in America, not being part of the dominant race, are not racist even if they hate people for being white.

Fortunately, we have a ton of other words which can apply, like bigots or being prejudiced.

But for a change, Bambi is representing something accurately on a surface level.

(This is not a new definition, but it is slow to spread.)
