The simplest summation I could give would be this:

1.  Trump wants a multiracial workforce, but his actions and words strongly indicate he doesn't want a multiracial democracy.  In a free and democratic Republic, this is unacceptable.  Every worker, every person who keeps this country running, must have free and unfettered access to voting, and the right to air grievances. 

2.  Fact-checking organizations find that the President has lied to the American people, from 15,000 to over 20,000 times.  The highest office in the land requires moral character, transparency, and scrupulous honesty to all constituents.  Trump has failed to meet these requirements. 

3.  Trump has thwarted the role of science, reason, and facts in the administration of the federal government, in favor of self-congratulatory partisanship, personal attacks on competent and dedicated public servants, and neglecting our nation's most vulnerable citizens.

And yes, there are "mixed marriages," ideologically.  I've known several, and I know they aren't all that rare.  Usually, there are enough agreements on basic principles that the disagreements can survive as humorous banter or at least mutual deference.
