Why does she think this happened because she was black?

And did she leave anything out of the story?

The answer to your questions are 1. Yes and 2. The story was taken to court and charges were dropped so it would seem the facts are in.

The exact facts of the story are important not in determining guilt but in passing judgment on security and police actions of the day

No doubt she gave a clean version of what my guess is may have been a LOUD confrontation.

Why a LOUD confrontation... because she is black?

You think it may have tied into being tossed into a squad car over a 2 buck pack of batteries?

Nahhh......

Polite conversation definitely had occured..heh

Police conversation had definitely happened.

That you assume that her actions caused their actions is laughable.

They may have, but it would be a foolish bet.

Again: police lie.

I only see Kid's posts when you all quote him.   Gotta say,  he tugged on his white hood and trolled you guys bigly.   Cmon,  people,  how hard is to reflect on the odds a white female college student who regularly shops at a store has police called because she was having trouble finding a receipt for a pack of batteries in her backpack?   And then dismiss KC as the entrenched racist he is?

So you think that she got loud after being tossed in a squad car?  What if she did?   How does that explain anything else?

The fake image shows a grinning Australian soldier holding a bloody knife to the throat of an Afghan child who is clutching a lamb.
The Australian soldier is crouching over the flag of Afghanistan, with a blue cloth from the Australian flag covering the child’s face.

The caption on the photo reads: “Don’t be afraid, we are coming to bring you peace!”

#####

Simple solution.
Disband the Australian special forces and regular army...no more troops to get slaughtered for nothing on battle fields, too many have already died for nothing anyway, Vietnam as a perfect example...Afghanistan another.  No more troops to be sent on multiple tours of war zones until they go mad and screw up with war crimes.
Get nukes instead.
Better war planes/bombers, and bomb/nuke the enemy instead.
Missiles instead of soldiers...it's a good policy.
Nuke armed subs instead of soldiers, also a great idea.

"Georgia law prohibits the Governor from interfering in elections. The Secretary of State, who is an elected constitutional officer, has oversight over elections that cannot be overridden by executive order," Cody Hall, the communications director for Kemp, said in a statement. "As the Governor has said repeatedly, he will continue to follow the law and encourage the Secretary of State to take reasonable steps -- including a sample audit of signatures -- to restore trust and address serious issues that have been raised."

Thank you for your pearly offering, Uno. You are definitely the peacemaker and leader to compromise, as you so often demonstrate with your diplomacy and inoffensive word choice.

I’m not selling policy.

I’ve been calling crackers “cracker” for decades now
, yet these progressive policies keep growing more and more popular all over the country.

As for my bigotry, you got me. I have a knee jerk negative reaction to idiots who, having mastered mouth breathing, feel they now are qualified to offer wisdom on a host of topics. It’s probably because of the knowledge that I’ll be taking care of them in their old age as it seems unlikely at this point that they will ever learn enough about the world to take care of themselves.

So, besides the usual lack of substance, you defend your bigotry, while doubling down on supercilious commentary.

Glad to see you're comfortable with your hypocrisy, because you well represent what you claim to oppose.

It's easy to dismiss pretty much anything you have to say.

Meanwhile, here on Earth...

A good post, banks.

Clearly, Rabbi Larry doesn't get it.

Maybe maybe not.

He might get it, like kid with his sudden concern for covid, might get some of it, but people get locked into their own bullshit-propaganda and can't admit they might have been mistaken.

so they make the same mistake again, and wonder what went wrong.

knicks was warned months ago dems should not scare moderate and indy voters but he insisted America had changed and it was the time to GO BIG.

It wasn't.

He was so convinced that America reached a kumbaya moment.

We didn't.

He didn't get it then.

I don't know if he gets it now.

Give the Repubs credit they got a lot of mileage and votes from defund  the police and socialism and the greening-AOCing of Anerica.

A lot of America was scared of Trump and the possibility of GO BIG Dem-socialists

and some might have been afraid of Willie Horton moving into the suburbs

but I really don't think Willie was an issue in this election

this might have been more about fears of a small Latinx women from the Bronx.

Being a moderate is like being a middle child in a large family.

You clearly see how the oldest (conservatives) and the youngest (progressives) get it wrong and where, but each of them is quick to dismiss your perspective or label it as being in alignment with their opposition.

And at the same time, they count on you to make the peace between them.

Soldier on, moderates!

Moderates continue to snatch defeat from jaws of victory.

Given the choice between GOP and GOP Lite voters choose the GOP.

Only things in the “middle” of the road are yellow stripes and dead armadillos.

Says the baby of the family.

Biden: moderate.

Obama: moderate.

Clinton: moderate.

Return to your crib. Bake another pie.

You should stop trying to attack my intellect, Banks.

Attacking Little Larry's intellect is a bit of a time-waster.

It's like attacking the Knicks as a basketball team.
