Good for Ms Mitchell for calling out Biden re:. press

Sort of counteracting the attack today from FOX that went - "imagine what they'd be saying about Trump if he had sustained this injury..."

You mean the asshole who knew he was infected with covid-19 and didn't give a fuck who he infected and who got helicoptered off for a 7-day all expense paid trip to Walter Reade to get medical care that is unavaialbe to 99.9% of Americans, who who created super-spreader events in his fucking wake,

Oh, I thought they meant the guy with the still unexplained trip to Walter Reed and the self-written "doctor's statement" that he was the healthiest president ever.

The one who needed two hands to drink a glass of water, but a week or so later, triumphantly showed he could drink it with just one (that day).

And the slope was very steep and slippery.

Yeah, that's the guy.

Meanwhile, here on Earth...

A good post, banks.

Clearly, Rabbi Larry doesn't get it.

Maybe maybe not.

He might get it, like kid with his sudden concern for covid, might get some of it, but people get locked into their own bullshit-propaganda and can't admit they might have been mistaken.

so they make the same mistake again, and wonder what went wrong.

knicks was warned months ago dems should not scare moderate and indy voters but he insisted America had changed and it was the time to GO BIG.

It wasn't.

He was so convinced that America reached a kumbaya moment.

We didn't.

He didn't get it then.

I don't know if he gets it now.

Give the Repubs credit they got a lot of mileage and votes from defund  the police and socialism and the greening-AOCing of Anerica.

A lot of America was scared of Trump and the possibility of GO BIG Dem-socialists

and some might have been afraid of Willie Horton moving into the suburbs

but I really don't think Willie was an issue in this election

this might have been more about fears of a small Latinx women from the Bronx.

Being a moderate is like being a middle child in a large family.

You clearly see how the oldest (conservatives) and the youngest (progressives) get it wrong and where, but each of them is quick to dismiss your perspective or label it as being in alignment with their opposition.

And at the same time, they count on you to make the peace between them.

Soldier on, moderates!

Moderates continue to snatch defeat from jaws of victory.

Given the choice between GOP and GOP Lite voters choose the GOP.

Only things in the “middle” of the road are yellow stripes and dead armadillos.

Says the baby of the family.

Biden: moderate.

Obama: moderate.

Clinton: moderate.

Return to your crib. Bake another pie.

Tell that to these moderate.

You have to give voters a real choice.or it just becomes a pageant.

You should stop trying to attack my intellect, Banks.

Attacking Little Larry's intellect is a bit of a time-waster.

It's like attacking the Knicks as a basketball team.

You really want to go there?

Spare yourself.

So CNN had praise for Biden’s “ transparency” about his foot “ sprain” while playing with his dog.
Except that less than 2 days later we learned he suffered a bone fracture and has to wear a boot while recovering.

Even MSNBC found fault with what really turned out to be a “ lack of transparency”.  Andrea Mitchell pointedly remarked it shouldn’t have taken that long,
They weren’t as forthcoming as you would hope they would be with the press pool that’s supposed to cover him," the NBC News correspondent said.

Wow! If Biden can’t tell the truth about a foot fracture what’s he going to do when they ask about Hunter’s new job?

https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/30/politics/scott-atlas-resigns-trump-administration-coronavirus-task-force/index.html

B'bye!
The guy that got it right.

Atlas's idea of herd immunity (at 70%) would call for about 225+ million Americans getting infected. At the current mortality rate of about 2% that would translate into about 4.5 million deaths.

I'm not the Dr. that Dr Red is (I understand Red's family back in Germany produced some famous doctors) but it seems to me, masks and social distancing and standard hygene, as adopted by most other countries, was the way to go.

This idiocy in policy was criminal.

Last November the president was rushed to WR on a Saturday with no explanation and then followed up with “part of routine physical’ bullshit.
