Some of the testimony is... just plain bizarre.

Bizarre as in untrue?  Please - we're listening.

Panel seems less interested in fairness than the panel in AZ was.

If you are listening, then you will hear them yourself.

I wouldn't want to spoil the plot for you.

AZ hearing was quite compelling.  Board wants the governor to allow a special session.

Havent had the time to look at today yet, which is why I asked you to expand on your thoughts.

Re:  Ms Powell's work

I think it may have been true genius - allowing SP to work on public opinion - but outside the bubble that is being micro-scrutinized

We'll see.

"Board?"

And... complaints about rhinestones, the temperature, the fact that many voters' birthdays were listed as Jan 1, 1900, that one poll-watcher for the GOP complained that the other poll-watchers were watching her.

There was the person who saw a Dominion machine plugged into a router, but chose not to take a picture.

One witness, Mellissa Carone, was contracted by Dominion voting machines to provide IT support in Detroit and told the committee how she was forced to watch as election officials added the same batches of ballots to the final tally over and over again.

ARIZONA

One poll watcher testified she was certified to witness poll workers study questionable ballots, but was denied access to watch. The purpose of the public hearing was to collect evidence in the 2020 election, which would justify holding a special session for state lawmakers to investigate.

Meanwhile, retired Col. Phil Waldron also confirmed voting machines in Arizona used Smartmatic derivative software. He explained it’s a common software being used in the U.S. His testimony indirectly confirms the claims of potential Venezuelan and Iranian meddling in the election, which went through Scytl servers in Europe.

Waldron’s testimony confirmed foreign meddling was helping Joe Biden and switching votes away from President Trump. Attorney Sidney Powell said the Scytl server has since been seized and secure by who she called “the good guys.”

But none of the other election officials, of either party, saw the same thing. Nor did she take a picture of this.

Do we know what precinct she watched and did we look at the numbers from it?

No? Huh.

Not to mention...

Kid, NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THOSE WITNESSES was found credible in a court of law, regardless of the judge's own political leanings.

Redward:  Asking that people be free from oppression doesn't make you an anti-Semite.   Please make a responsible attempt to post more than quoted angry tweets.

Also,  sometime,  look up the situation in Gaza with potable drinking water.   It's time for humane decent people in Israel to speak up to their government on the matter.

The Senate Judiciary Committee is preparing to vote on a judge to fill the seat vacated by Supreme Court Associate Justice Amy Coney Barrett, as well as several other seats on lower courts, allowing President Donald Trump to continue shaping the courts, Fox News reports.

The panel will vote Thursday on whether to appoint Thomas L. Kirsch II, the current U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Indiana, to the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. They will also vote on Charles Edward Atchley Jr. and Katherine A. Crytzer, who were both nominated to serve as judges for the Eastern District of Tennessee, on Joseph Dawson III’s nomination for the District of South Caolina, and on Zachary Somers for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

There are three current or upcoming vacancies on appeals courts and 59 on district and specialty courts, along with 35 nominations currently pending.

“People focus less on district courts because they decide cases rather than make legal precedent,” said Curt Levey, the president of the Committee for Justice, a “constitutionalist” nonprofit. “But we have seen rogue district judges impose national injunctions during the Trump administration. They can make it difficult for a president and slow the administration of justice. What district courts do matter. A Trump-appointed district judge will be very different from a Biden-appointed district judge.”

The Michigan testimony about "fraud" in the election is... like watching a train wreck done by the Keystone Kops:

https://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/politics/2020/12/01/michigan-hearing-puts-spotlight-unproven-claims-election-fraud/6475762002/

Some of the testimony is... just plain bizarre.

Without clivk8ng on the stories I thought the IT contractor, Ms. Csrone, was Victoria Jackson.

You may want to research the Tlaib tweet.

Why?
