FAILED TO PRESENT EVIDENCE OF MISCONDUCT, ILLEGAL VOTES OR ANY FORM OF VOTER FRAUD

Quote
An Arizona Supreme Court judge tossed out Arizona GOP chairwoman Kelli Ward’s voting lawsuit on Tuesday that sought to reverse the certified results of the state’s presidential election.

The Supreme Court affirmed a previous ruling that the Maricopa County judge did not abuse his power by denying the request to continue the hearing and permit additional inspection of more ballots.

The court noted that the lawsuit failed to present evidence of misconduct, illegal votes or any form of voter fraud that would undermine the results of the election.

It also confirmed that the state’s 11 electoral votes will go to President-elect Joe Biden.

The Dems "you guys are racist" and their seemingly not caring about inner city blacks killing each other is quite difficult to balance.

Yup!

If it were true, not just a product of your fertile imagination, it would be difficult for us to balance, too.

But it isn't.

And you only pretend to care about inner city blacks as a stick to beat us with, not as a real thing.

Again, no news.

Also from the AZ story:

Quote
One election challenge remains pending in Arizona.

A lawsuit filed in federal court on behalf of Trump’s proposed electors in Arizona seeks to decertify the state’s election results and alleges its election systems have security flaws that let election workers and foreign countries manipulate results.

A judge is expected to issue a decision in that case by Wednesday.

It ought to say "a judge is expected to issue a decision against those electors on Wednesday."

Also - that said - you cant simply refute the link between narcotics use and crime.  Seems Oilcan doesn't care.

When narcotics use is characterized as a crime the link is 100%. The correlation between narcotics use and other crimes is to a large extent dependent on the fact that having entering into one sphere of crime when one is otherwise on the right side of the current law is a larger hurdle than adding new and different crimes to a already criminalized pattern of behavior.

This sums up yesterday's hearing in which Sidney Powell's stand-in insisted on arguing about lots of things, but not the issues behind the hearing, which were plaintiffs' standing to sue at all and whether the federal district court was the right place for the suit, at all.

Enough trolling.  I'm here, what, 20 minutes on a given day?  I don't comment on every burning issue.  Nor does anyone else.  Of fucking course I'm opposed to inner city gang warfare and the easy access to guns.  And I'm aware of the many innocent bystanders who are killed in gang skirmishes.  And I support all kinds of policy approaches to reducing crime, taking away the seductions of gang life (and illegal drug sellling), reducing poverty, and reducing gun access.  Not everyone here has time to post every five minutes the way you do, and absence of response does not indicate absence of concern.

Dems painting Republicans as being uncaring of mass shootings is also ridiculous speak.

Sick mass shooting AR carrying gunmen vs the often desperate but also entitled inner city thugs with handguns (and sometimes also automatic rifles) - which of course are in much much greater number

A Boog had the big magazine and the hollow points

Do you care?  Does America?

(If he wasnt famous its a non story, sadly)

Same with the war on drugs.
You're just funneling money to your enemies by criminalizing drugs.

The Taliban took in nearly $500B last year via opium sales (they tax every stage).  US consumers finance violent Mexican drug gangs.

Legalize and tax drugs.  Cut out the violent criminal middlemen.
Stop wasting money on policing and prisons, and use the tax money you pull in on education and addiction health care.

Unfortunately the system is performing as designed...

But sinc eyou brought yourself up Barton - you WOULD comment on a mass shooting - and have.

That's the point.  OUTRAGE for you is specific to a certain type of death.  You value some over others.

You commented on Breoona since it was cop-involved and you could place blame where you LIKE - no other reason.  Just another example,  So many other innocents died that night in that city.

You are watching West Wing.  I am sure you saw when CJ names from her important podium the "others who got shot last night" after the attempt on Charlie's life.  Sorkin gets it.

Where are the gun control zealots on the A Boogie story?

It has to be a white mass shooter before you get all pissed off?  Let the  bangers bang?

Really?

Very true, Larry. Very true.

I take a little solace that so many aspects of the republican coalition are visibly falling apart right now, from Louie Gohmert’s teeth to Kiid’s mind.

It’s also nice to know we’ll have Kiid’s full throated support for any of Joe’s gun control measures over the next four years. It may be what swings Kiid’s vote for Joe when he runs for re-election.
