Johnson & Johnson faces lag in Covid-19 vaccine production, NYT reports

Not good.

Still, they hope to catch up to their planned production path by or in March. Their Phase 3 trial is coming to an end soon. And this is a single shot vaccine.

“Headed to DC with a (s---) ton of 5.56 armor-piercing ammo,” he texted friends and relatives on Jan. 6, adding a purple devil emoji, court filings show. The following day, he texted to the group: “Thinking about heading over to Pelosi (C---'s) speech and putting a bullet in her noggin on Live TV.”

He once again added a purple devil emoji, and wrote he might hit her with his truck instead. “I’m gonna run that (C---) Pelosi over while she chews on her gums. … Dead (B----) Walking. I predict that within 12 days, many in our country will die.”

Meredith, who is white, then texted a photo of himself in blackface.

“I’m gonna walk around DC FKG with people by yelling ‘Allahu ak Bar’ randomly," he wrote.

Whoa!  Bombshell accustation.

Needs more details.   What led her to believe these were reconnaissance tours?

I am told that Rep. Boebert was photographed leading a group of the insurrectionists into off-limits areas in the days before.

I have not yet verified that through a 2nd source.

Thanks, it's disturbing to see puzzle pieces floating around and wondering if they come together.  You and Larry both point to confirmatory points, both photographic (if that is found) and in Sherill's military training.  Kam is right about bombshell, if this is what happened.  At this point, there are so many in the GOP apparently just losing their minds (manifested as losing their most basic professionalism and moral compass) that the part of the brain that registers shock is numbed.

Starting to wonder if our nation will need some kind of massive deprogramming therapy, akin to what the Allies instituted in Germany at the end of WW2.  In studies of personality cults of national leaders, they've found that many people will replace their prior notion of the divine (i.e. saints, prophets, God) with that leader, and see their lives as part of a divine mission.  When that all collapses, fear and depression can be paralyzing and self-destructive.  Before that collapse, however, is much angry violence.

National deprogramming has commenced. Like republican support, fox viewership is as high now as it will ever be again.

There is a restaurant in Colorado that needs shutting down next.

Republicans are missing real election fraud and crimes because they are looking in the wrong states.

Both Abe Lincoln and JFK think that under duty and the Grace of God Congress should curb stomp donald trump until there isn’t a single tooth attached to either one of his jaws.

Fools, cowards, and traitors will object, but History is rendering its judgment.

Over the republican Russian crime spree, the United States must prevail.

Then we can fix Covid and much else besides.

https://www.lgbtqnation.com/2021/01/dem-lawmakers-start-testing-covid-positive-gop-reps-refused-wear-masks-lockdown/

Two Republican congress members, attending so they could aid the seditious riot by objecting to some state's electoral college votes, were already COVID positive - and knew it.

This really ought to qualify as assault with a deadly weapon, IMO. This is especially true with some congresspeople being 75+ in age.

Quote
Reps. Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN) and Gus Bilirakis (R-FL) are known to have been positive when they attended the joint session of Congress. It is uncertain whether the three Democrats were in the same room as the two men or were sheltering with other members.

Both Fleishmann and Bilirakis objected to the certification of the Electoral College votes. They have both said they attended – both before and after the riot – to join the seditionist plot to delay the official acknowledgment that President-elect Joe Biden had won the election. The Capitol physician has confirmed that both men had tested positive before the joint meeting of Congress.

While masks are required in the building, the GOP has resisted the simple coronavirus prevention measure and have spread the infection to each other repeatedly.

Thanks,  Fac,  I passed that report on to some IT pals.   You absolutely have to have cryptographic hash functions implemented properly or it's impossible to detect corrupted messages and malicious alterations of software.   The problems at ES&S call for hearings in the US Congress, not just in Texas.

https://www.cnn.com/2021/01/13/politics/chad-wolf-donald-trump/index.html

Chad Wolf says Trump bears some responsibility for last week's attack on Congress.

He doesn't add that he (Chad) bears some responsibility for our lack of preparedness.

His reason for leaving was legit - that is to say, his reason for having been there was adjudged illegitimate, so leaving was called for, even though the timing was suspect.

The lack of (of admission of) self-awareness of his role in allowing the events of the 6th to unfold are typical.

The Stop the Steal organizer claims to have had help from GOP congressmen Paul Gosar and Andy Biggs of Arizona, and congressman Mo Brooks of Alabama in planning of the Jan. 6 catastrophe.

Do you believe him?!

I believe he believes he did - yes

Members of Congress request investigation of tours that took place 1 day before attack on Capitol
From CNN's Ryan Nobles and Annie Grayer

Quote
One day after Rep. Mikie Sherrill, a Democrat from New Jersey, alleged that members of Congress led tours of rioters on a reconnaissance mission the day before the attack on the Capitol, 31 members of Congress sent a letter to the acting House Sergeant of Arms, acting Senate Sergeant of Arms, and acting chief of the US Capitol Police asking them to investigate the matter further.

Democratic Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon, one of the co-signers of the letter, confirmed to CNN that she saw groups of tours of people in MAGA apparel one or two days before the attack.

Quote
“I had seen what appeared to be tour groups of folks dressed in MAGA attire, in the halls, in the tunnels” Scanlon told CNN. “I don't know exactly what day it was. It was just surprising to see that happen because since Covid the building's been shut down. There aren't supposed to be any tours. So I kind of assumed it must be a new member who didn't know the rules or something. But, I mean, I can verify that it happened. There were people who were roaming around in the halls, apparently under the guidance of congressional staff.”
Scanlon told CNN she saw a group of six to eight people.

“Many of the Members who signed this letter, including those of us who have served in the military and are trained to recognize suspicious activity, as well as various members of our staff, witnessed an extremely high number of outside groups in the complex on Tuesday, Jan. 5,” the letter stated.

It says the tours were “unusual” and “concerning” and were reported to the Sergeant at Arms on Jan. 5. The letter said the groups “could only have gained access to the Capitol complex from a member of Congress or a member of their staff."
