"...beautiful creepy calendars. "

Regarding HRC... TBH I felt that Joe Biden family tragedy led to his opting out of the race which gave the GOP 2016.  Biden would have done a lot more advancing the larger vision of the Democratic Party and had Trump for breakfast.

I think you're wrong. Handle it.

I could be wrong. However, you stepped out and said I was wrong but offered the same ol same ol that has resulted in the GOP controlling all branches of government, whereas the coalition I tout has delivered all the victories in the last decade.

No, I didn't make that offer at all. And you are wrong about how to expand the scope and effectiveness of the party. It's not rooted in hissy fits and whining.
Tout away.

I thought Biden was sort of a Bush 41.  A Veep in the background who didn't really have any defined constituency.  Bush 41 only won because the Dems imploded.

Biden was fairly invisible and I'm not sure what he did or accomplished in 8 years as VP.  [Al Gore at least was an active Veep and had ideas -- but somehow got creamed in the media day after day).  At least Biden would have spent time defending the O record, might have had O campaign a little, and probably would have given a defense of O-care.  But I think Biden would have risked getting beat by Bernie, and wouldn't have generated much enthusiasm.

President Trump announced that he was giving the FBI free rein to investigate.

What he neglected to say was that they are free to investigate, but only what he permits them to:
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politics-news/white-house-limits-scope-fbi-s-investigation-allegations-against-brett-n915061

What are they hiding and why?

What REMAINS evident is that the left will complain no matter what occurs, should they lose.

What remains evident is that you are partisan before you can be either moral or rational.

In other words, no change.

I pray for your child(ren).

Weren't you chastising Banks yesterday for coarse language,  you hypocritical partisan cocksucker?   That was a funny skit, we agree on that.  Do you really hold it against Matt for taking that acting gig and poking fun at someone who was so melodramatic and rolling out conspiracy theories and weeping that his life was ruined and saying he loved beer forty-two times?

What did you expect him to say?

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2018/sep/30/fbi-investigation-brett-kavanaugh-julie-swetnick-kellyanne-conway

Lindsay Graham agreed with the prior information.

Kellyanne Conway seems to agree with Graham:
https://www.cnn.com/2018/09/30/politics/kellyanne-conway-kavanaugh-fbi-cnntv/index.html

Quote
Kellyanne Conway, counselor to President Donald Trump, said Sunday that the FBI investigation into sexual assault and misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh "will be limited in scope, it's meant to last one week, and ... it's not meant to be a fishing expedition."

Conway's comments came in response to a question from CNN "State of the Union" anchor Jake Tapper on whether the White House has directed the FBI to only investigate certain accusations against Kavanaugh, who has denied the allegations.

"The White House is not getting involved in the FBI investigation in that way," Conway said. "The President has said he very much respects the independence of the FBI and feels, as he said last night, that they should look into anything that is credible within that limited scope."

When pressed on what "limited scope" means, Conway said, "That's up to the FBI. In other words, I'm not involved in those specific conversations."

Two sources with knowledge of the situation told CNN that Senate Republicans were working with White House counsel Don McGahn, who was "trying to make it as narrow as possible."

Sarah H Sanders wanted to blame the GOP Senators for any restrictions/terms:
Quote
"The White House counsel has allowed the Senate to dictate what these terms look like and what the scope of the investigation is," Sanders said.

She added, "This can't become a fishing expedition like the Democrats would like to see it be."

If the FBI interviews Julie Swetnick and reviews the information from the former law clerks, that will suggest that there are no limits being imposed on them (whether or not there were any). If they don't interview Julie Swetnick, then there are limits. Somwhere in the muddle ground, it will be hard to tell.
