Bambu, the Latinos are not to be feared, they are our allies, they are all good Christians, and we have around eight hundred million Latinos here in the Western Hemisphere. Europeans came to the Western Hemisphere and converted everyone to Christianity, we are all part of Christian civilization. The Mexicans are all good Christians.

We need to breed and mix here in the USA, and we need to work together as a team.

And we have already had Latinos in our White House, including Carlos Gutierrez who was the Secretary of Commerce under George W. Bush, Carlos was born in Cuba, and worked in Mexico before coming to the USA. Alberto Gonzales was the Attorney General in the George W. Bush White House as well, he was born in Texas, and he was the first Latino American to work as Attorney General.

Australia is foolish not to invite the Latino refugees to Australia. The Latinos are great. (And Venezuela has some of the most beautiful people in the world, like Colombia.)

Salma Hayek was an illegal immigrant in the USA briefly when she first came to the USA from Mexico...

The Latinos are great, and they are our good Christian allies.

Salute,

Tony V.

Everyone you just quoted is more American than the dottering imposter in the White House. Dumple Chimp is only successful at one thing, blowing through laundered money at record speeds.

Tony,

Turn Australia into Mexico/Sth America?
Not a good idea;

Australia's wealth per adult in 2017 is $US402,600 ($528000), the second highest in the world after Switzerland. Wealth inequality is low compared to the rest of the world. Only 5 per cent of Australians have a net worth below $US10,000 compared to 19 per cent in the UK and 29 per cent in the US.Nov 27, 2017

With all that wealth in your country why have you never learned how to read or to reason?

Something is terribly wrong with Australia. It’s probably because they have too many white people in their mix.

'Open borders' is a very bad way to run a country.
Anybody and everybody can just waltz in...good people, bad people...criminal gangs, thugs, murderers, drug dealers, rapists, job-'stealers', terrorists, takeover merchants waving foreign flags, etc etc etc.

Best the borders are sealed / have integrity..."Sovereign borders".
If not...might as well just close down the Coast Guard and use the boats for pleasure cruises.

In the U.S.A., borders are being sealed by takeover merchants waving foreign flags. Do try to keep up.

Methinks you must've been working so hard that you missed a few things;

Twenty year old (and more) old quotes are supposed to tell us what?

The man you must be admiring now is Steve King of Iowa.

Steve King promotes horror much more than Stephen King.   Infamous for defending Todd Akins "legitimate rape" comments.   Also linking a teen girl,  a Parkland shooting survivor,  to Cuban Communists.   And of course his relentless spew of bigotry.

GOP, the part of bigotry:

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/trump-administration-eyes-defining-transgender-out-of-existence/ar-BBOFkPk?li=BBnb7Kz
The world, as defined by Josh.

The word, as illustrated by the Trump administration and the GOP members of Congress.

You keep claiming you are opposed to bigotry, but you keep supporting the racists, the sexists, the antisemites, and the anti-gays.

You deny what I say, but 99% of the time have nothing but denials - saying things are not so, with neither evidence nor explanation, just drives the point home.

And you? You clearly belong.

Something is terribly wrong with Australia. It’s probably because they have too many white people in their mix.

The things terribly wrong with Australia are;

. It has no nuke-powered, nuke-armed subs cruising the world's oceans ready to turn into ash any country that attacks it.
. Massive and ill-advised immigration.
. Too many climate change no-ideas who think they can have 50% renewables by 2030 and 100% renewables ever.
. A plethora of dim-witted politicians who are promising 'climate-change' things they can never deliver.
. Dim-witted voters who are believing the said dim-witted politicians.
. Stoopid politicians who won't build any new coal-fired power stations...or nuclear-powered ones.
. No-idea politicians who won't pipe water from where it always is to where it needs to be.

...for starters.

The wealth listed is 'misleading'...most people are 'asset rich, cash poor', seems to me.
Can't eat the house, or pay energy bills with it.

In Waco Texas you can live and work...and buy a nice home for $200,000, that in Sydney you would have to pay $1m for.

The word, as illustrated by the Trump administration and the GOP

That was first defined by Obama and the  democrats.

I don’t have the solution but it would be better to be debated in Congresss whose members represent the views of all of us.

You are just happy when your views are endorsed so you can call those with different opinions bigots.

As for labeling,  it's only a problem when the label is inaccurate.  Steve King is a bigot.   A jar of peanuts: may contain peanuts.  Now if we could just require putting expiration dates on all these amoral opportunists currently shitting up the halls of power.

You only debase your credibility with such sophomoric behavior.
We wouldn’t be so divided on abortion had we resolved it, as Justice Ginsberg argues, through honest debate in the legislature. The issues surrounding transgenders require the same considerations.
