The President who is unwilling to stand in the rain to honor military deaths is, OTOH, willing to point the finger at first responders to the firefighters in California for their somehow not doing it right.

This must be another of his areas of expertise, like health care; mideast peace, voter fraud, crowd size, invasions, and climate change.

Quote
There is no reason for these massive, deadly and costly forest fires in California except that forest management is so poor. Billions of dollars are given each year, with so many lives lost, all because of gross mismanagement of the forests. Remedy now, or no more Fed payments!

I wonder if Smokey Bear has modified his stance on the causes of forest fires? I bet he has considered global warming and whether conditions have changed since when he was a just cub.  But no matter where Smokey is on the issue, this country could use the moral authority and sense of decency that he established for decades.

Yes, the dark side of trickle down. A cutback of government services.

The very real threat of cut in services to the most vulnerable in society was a given and actively discussed here when the Repubs first proposed sacking the Treasury and diverting trillions to special interests.

http://www.msn.com/en-au/news/australia/pms-bourke-st-comments-outrage-imams/ar-BBPz0zA?li=AAgfYrC&OCID=AVRES000

The prime minister's comments following the Bourke Street terror attack have outraged Australian imams, who accused him of politicising the tragedy.

Morrison said he needed to "call out" radical, violent and extremist Islam after the attack in Melbourne.

"But here in Australia, we would be kidding ourselves if we did not call out the fact that the greatest threat of religious extremism in this country is the radical and dangerous ideology of extremist Islam," Mr Morrison said on Saturday.

#####

Well there you go.

Imam's think that's outrageous...wait 'til the talkback radio phone and email lines open in 2 hours time at breakfast and go all day, on this sad Monday...as the people have their say.

Build your home in the forest?...only a matter of time before the fires come and burn it down, and burn you down too if there's no escape route.

'Unacceptable': Peter Dutton demands more co-operation from Muslim leaders on terrorism

Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton has thrown down the gauntlet at the Muslim community to work more closely with police to prevent terrorist attacks, appearing to accuse Islamic leaders of withholding information from authorities.

Even deep red states like Kansas and Oklahoma are turning away from the tea party brand....

President Trump claimed at his post-election news conference that these moderates lost because they didn’t embrace his agenda with sufficient enthusiasm. But of course his divisive populism and demagoguery are what turned off the white, college-educated suburbanites (particularly women) who made up the moderates’ base.

Who would know what about why Trump wants immigration/travel bans from certain countries, a wall, why the caravan from Central America must be stopped, why America must be taken back from the brigades of political correctness, appeasement, tolerance, 'open borders', massive immigration, etc?

24,000 uncounted ballots?!

Yes, only one race was impacted significantly - instead of somebody who won by more votes or fewer votes, a candidate went from 3rd in a race to 1st!

But it's the fact that it happens at all - it was pure luck that it did not impact other races and unacceptable, regardless.

Everybody but you knows why, Bambi.

He said it, out loud and in writing, where anybody who wanted to know who this man is and why he does stuff could learn it.

Putin Gives Trump ‘Thumbs Up’ at WWI Armistice Ceremony

Vladimir Putin gave President Donald Trump a warm greeting as they joined other world leaders in Paris to mark 100 years since the end of World War I.

The Russian president was seen shaking Trump’s hands after arriving at the ceremony, as well as flashing a "thumbs up" sign and patting him on the arm, the Associated Press reports.

Spoken like the ignoramous you are.

Susan Collins is a moderate Republican. She votes with the GOP more than 75% of the time, including the bulk of important issues.

Trump also gave one of the warmest, most sincere smiles I have seen from him, as he saw Putin approaching.

If only he were so friendly toward our allies, as well as or rather than to our enemies.
