Then what's the problem with ousting the guy with corrupt and horrible conduct and replace with someone who's similar/same on issues?  If you're only sticking with him on issues, then why not a personnel chamge?  Same issue positions, better person?

I haven’t seen West Wing, I don’t know what it is about Mr. Santos that made him imperfect.  But here in the real world the Constitution is clear on this.  Being a criminal is disqualifying.

We awake to be informed that the terror threat level is "Probable".

Yes, we're probably going to be blown up/hacked up by Islamic terrorists.
Seems 'all'' HRC is worried about is "Islamophobia" and "racism".

How did it come to this?
All that "peace, love, tolerance, and harmony days" tripe, that's how.

More inappropriate behavior from the Trump administration. This time, the Justice Department is refusing to honor a subpoena from the House Oversight Committee.

Why?

Because the Justice Dept. says they insist on having a JD lawyer present for committee testimony - but that is never how this committee has operated.

This subpoena is supported by the GOP members of the committee - it is not just a partisan fishing expedition.

Deutsche Bank is turning over Trump-related financial records to the NY Attorney General.

These folks have already nailed Trump for his blatantly illegal conduct of the Trump "Foundation." Nor do I think they will be reticent about indictments.

Turkish police sources say that a Syrian national arrested in Turkey was plotting to attack the Anzac Day dawn service, attended by thousands of Australians and New Zealanders, as retaliation for the Christchurch mosque massacre.

The man, Abdulkerim Hilef, 25, who was born in Eastern Syria, was arrested in Tekirdağ, a couple of hours from Gallipoli.

It is understood, from sources, that the police believe he was planning to either bomb the service or use a car to drive into people.

The arrest came after a police operation in Osmaniye, close to the Syrian border, where Turkish police raided an Islamic State cell and arrested several people. Those arrests led to Abdulkerim Hilef.
