It’s funny, btw,  that you are so scandalized that “Joe” would presume Russia.  The presumption is based on FACT.  Trump did seek out Russian help, did accept offers of Russian help, and we know he did not tell the FBI about their overtures.

And in not specifically saying here that he won’t do it again in the future he welcomes their interference in the 2020 election.
